Yaya at the self checkout is absolutely horrible. I’ve never been treated so rudely at this store before. I would expect Publix to employ friendlier associates instead of this person. Someone needs to put her through a refresher class in customer service because she is so bad at her job.

The workers were not sure if my order was there and another worker asked my name and gave 2 boxes of fried chicken but no baked chicken people were waiting for the the food and I didn't check the order. The food was good just a lot of confusion. People were waiting for the food so it didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked.

Ordered a cake from the bakery like I have previous times before and was asked to go pay for the cake before they would give it to me. I have NEVER in all my years of getting cakes from Publix been asked to go pay for the cake before they would give it to me. I felt like it was discrimination from that particular employee and because of that, and the fact that the cake was dry and barely edible, that I will never come here again!

I am very frustrated!! I have been a repeat customer of this Publix for a year and yesterday I went with my service animal who had his service animal vest and is very well trained and an employee there did not want to let us in! He was
quite rude and he put on a whole show and all the people turned to look until he called his manager to not let me in!! Luckily, if the manager let us in, they should hire more friendly people who know the different functions that a service animal has.

Publix consistently delivers exceptional customer service. In particular, one deli associate, whose name I am unfortunately unaware of, consistently provides an exceptionally delightful experience. His contributions are worthy of recognition and potential compensation adjustment.
