I love how helpful and friendly all the employees are. I enjoy all the selections in the deli. I like that they carry their own brand of my favorite cereal I can't find at other groceries.

The best you'll get in East...prices are higher than Kroger or Aldi, but you don't feel like you could get rolled up here. And the customer service is premier. Check out the Meat Dept.

I called up to the pharmacy today to inquire on a prescription I was having trouble getting at my regularly frequented Publix nearby.
I was advised that they did have the medication but due to laws surrounding narcotics she wasn't able to get my prescription transferred.
She stated these laws inaccurately, btw. Not to mention my inquiry was on Adderall and nothing more. She then puts me on hold to speak with her pharmacist when I kindly disagreed with what she was saying.
Then proceeds to tell me that her pharmacist said that due to the shortage they are keeping what they have for their customers. Normally I wouldn't call around but I've been out for a week and didn't see harm in trying.
This particular location gets two stars simply because today was the first time I've ever had a bad encounter with Publix as a whole.
I one hundred percent understand that pharmacies want to keep what they can for their local customers, but I feel that this could have been handled in a much better way.

I needed food. Luckily, this store sells food. I stopped in and got some. Then I paid for it and went home.
Now I am happy because I have food. Five out of five stars! I highly recommend for people who need food!

Ordered 2 sandwiches online (paid online) around 10:20 it said it would they would be ready by 11:40. At around 12:10 I received one of my sandwiches only to wait another 15 min before being referred to Customer service where I had informed them that I still had not received my second sandwich. It’s always like this at this Publix I will not be returning. We eventually just settled for a refund and left with only one sandwich. This was a terrible experience but the past few time I have been on this Publix have all been terrible. They need better management at this place.
