I have shopped in this store the last 14yrs ...I have e gift card and the manager or who ever in charge on 12/9/23 at 110PM didn't even look at what I have they said no you can't pay with you gift card ...place is so crowded always hard to find some simple produce ? it's just a mess for publix standards...avoid if you can

So slow, sometimes DAYS pass before they even acknowledge receipt of a prescription from a doctor. I've had mail order pharmacies be quicker when it really does count.Not the kindest of techs and pharmacists either.

They messed up my order a lot I only ever get 30 days supply in there always given me 90 and when I specifically tell them I'm no longer taking something they keep refilling it, too many employees communication is very poor

The absolute worst Pharmacy ever. I used to go to Publix pharmacy in Gallatin and I loved my experience there. Since moving over to this one, it has been the most frustrating experience ever. They never seem to have any of the prescriptions that get sent to them, and even after these prescriptions get sent to them, they go quiet and never inform you that they are out of it till you literally call them to find out why you have not received a text to come pick up your medication. The staff is rude and will never take any responsibility for their actions. I will never use this Publix pharmacy again and it really is so sad because they are tarnishing the reputation of a great brand.

i’ve been using publix pharmacy for awhile now. everyone is rude. they make you feel unwelcome. they make you feel like a bother for coming to get your medications like it’s not literally their job. miserable people

This Publix Pharmacy is VERY friendly and EFFICIENT, efficient because these people, all of them, seem to respect the customer’s time. I used to dread going in to get prescriptions or vaccines from a well-known competitor. I came to Publix because a pharmacist named Gerges moved to this Publix (from a competitor). When you show up to the counter of this Publix Pharmacy, these people leave you with the impression that they have been looking forward to seeing you all day. They work very quickly, and are happy to accommodate you when you need a prescription quickly. The only regret I have is not doing business at this pharmacy sooner. Thanks for such a great, professional, friendly staff and fantastic service.

I worked for a dentist office, and I know days can be rough in medical offices , but everyone Staff is very rude. Seems like everyone is miserable.

The manager at Mt View in Antioch TN was rude and shamed me for stealing something I did not do and threw me out with the security guard.

Just got my COVID booster vaccine here. I made an appointment online, showed up and told them my name, then the shot was in my arm about 5 minutes later. Definitely recommend coming here vs. waiting forever at the health department drive thru sites!

Customer service is super, just wish they would have a better company for outside security, someone like the officer inside would be great. The company they have now are never around and if they are, they are rude and unprofessional. Sure wish Tracy was still there she was always there and if late she would make sure you get to your vehicle safely.

First time picking up prescriptions here. I'm so sorry to have been such an inconvenience for the pharmacists/staff, because that's what it felt like. The subtle patronizing undertones is unappreciated. It's night and day between this interaction and all of the other times I've visited the grocery side of Publix.
