I purchased a motorcycle and had it shipped here for pickup. I was a little nervous looking at the reviews but I had a great experience and wanted to share. They answered my call on the first ring and were ready for me promptly at 12p when the dock opened. Two young men who worked inside went above and beyond helping me figure out the bike and load it onto our trailer. I wish I caught their names. I will happily use PRO again for their convenient location and how friendly they all were.

I had a wonderful experience receiving a very large order - it was delivered by Q and not only was he professional and friendly, he is one strong man! He carefully unloaded everything and placed it exactly where I asked and waited while I double checked my invoice with the delivery. I highly recommend this company.

Q was amazing! He greeted us and quickly assessed the situation to accommodate the best delivery into our garage - right where we wanted our order. Q was friendly and personable. An absolute delight, especially in cloudy, rainy weather. Thank you for an excellent delivery experience!

Came here to share my experience and I'm not the slightest surprised to see a list of similar complaints. Called multiple times after I received an email stating my delivery would be earlier than expected (not usually a bad thing) but we wouldn't be available for the new estimated date. No one answered the multiple phone calls or voicemails that were left. When the delivery folks showed up we were left a rude note stating we needed to answer the call. After leaving more calls and voicemails, Samantha FINALLY called me back to tell me they wouldn't be back in my area until next week and they didn't have an estimated delivery date. Ikea really needs a different company. Im hoping to get my display and never use these clowns again.

If you have anything being shipped and handed off to these clowns. Best get ready for a ride. Took our items less than four days to go from California to Nashville where it was handed off from crst to these folks Yet to get it from them is going to be well over a week !!!! They are less than 3 hours away from us !!!!! Calls went unanswered for days. Terrible communication. Still no guaranteed date as of yet. This delay is costing us a good deal of money and no one cares. As for condition when delivered. That’s yet to be determined. But rest assured. It’ll be inspected and the least little issue will warrant a claim !! Our advice. Run!!! Do not do business with this group !!!! Nothing “PRO” about them !!! Total garbage.

Have held a important shipment in their warehouse for over a week. No one will answer the phone !! This delay has cost me hundreds of dollars if not a thousand or more. I Would make the three hour drive to go get my stuff but no one will answer the phone !!!!! AWFUL! They should shut the doors. Fire everyone and find another line of work. Worse shipping experience ever.

This company has an Ikea furniture delivery that was supposed to be delivered to me 12 days ago. I left numerous messages with Pro Delivery with no return call. Calls to IKEA for help are no better because they refer me right back to pro delivery. I finally get a phone call from Pro Delivery 11 days after my delivery is late and I was told my delivery would be delivered either the next day or following day. I advised her I wanted it delivered the next day since they were already 11 days late delivering it. Low and behold I get a phone call today from Pro delivery that the driver called in sick and could they make the delivery either Thursday or Friday which is another two days away. This delivery has been sitting in Nashville Tennessee since March 11 and here it is March 23 and still no delivery. Let me tell you Ikea is not helping with the issue either. I paid a $200 price tag for this delivery. Never hire this company to deliver anything

I received a call about a week ago from Samantha trying to schedule my Ikea delivery. I was unable to answer because I was at work. I have since called back and left about 5 voicemails. She also (I think) told me the wrong extension number so I took the liberty of calling BOTH extensions. I believe the name on the other line was Wendy, who also didn’t answer but I suspect she may have said something to Samantha because I received a call back within MINUTES of leaving rather unhappy sounding voicemails on both stating that this was now the 5th voicemail I’d left (which by the way she did not seem the LEAST bit bothered by), only to be told they didn’t have me scheduled for a specific day yet and she’d call back when they did. They could have had me scheduled sooner had she bothered to answer or call back after my first voicemail. Lesson learned, I guess I won’t be as nice when I’m leaving voicemails next time. I will give credit where it’s due though, Samantha was kind and polite on the call itself and I had no issues once we were connected, but this shipping company needs to regroup and get itself together.

Delivery was scheduled for tomorrow and made today when I was not home. Ikea items that were supposed to be brought inside as part of my delivery were left on pallets in my driveway because the driver said he was too busy to come back the day my delivery was actually scheduled for.

I'm sorry for the people that had a bad experience but I have nothing but good to say. They got in touch with me on the 11th of November to let me know that my new bed had arrived from Sealy Corporation. By Saturday the 15th they delivered my bed on time without incident. I would definitely use their services again. Thank y'all for your service.

Absolut horror company. Last year we had a large Ikea order for a new home, we waited 8 week to have it delivered from them. This year our new order with Ikea didn't show up either. 12 calls, 8 appointments to deliver, still nothing. They don't call back, they don't keep up with delivery promises, pure nightmare, stay away from this company. To make a statment we cancelled our 10k order from Ikea on our Credit Card so Ikea learns to use a better shipping company.
