Not easy to work with, my prints were made the wrong size. Instead of just issuing a refund, I had to go all the way back to return the original prints instead of just offering a refund for the mistake. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be using again.

I have printed with ProGraphics for awhile and not had problems until within the last couple of months (hence the 2 star not 1 because I know they can be good). My main issue is the customer service. I understand no one is perfect - they were on a time crunch because I sent last minute, etc. but also this was never mentioned as a concern of theirs rather they said they could make it happen. The product was not cut/printed correctly and due to time frame of the project I didn't have time to have it re printed. After emailing about the issue, communication on their end quickly dropped off. I told them I was working and couldn't answer the phone much, but yet Mike only seemed to want to communicate via phone. Not once did they apologize for the issue and after 3 weeks of back and forth being told they would look over everything and get back to me and then continually not getting back to me I finally just gave up. My last correspondence with Mike was via phone (again) Sept. 14th.... He again said he would look over the photos I sent and call me right back. I asked if he could review them while we were on the phone and he said no. He then asked for my address to send me a $125 check (I paid over $800 for the print). Mike never called or emailed back and I have yet to receive the check. It's now Sept. 28..... I don't like writing bad reviews, but this situation shocked me and honestly disappointed me because I've not had issues before. But it felt like something other people should be made aware of. After looking back at past reviews it looks like this isn't the first time customer service has been an issue. It's unfortunate because they usually do decent printing just don't seem to care enough to help when they mess something up. All I wanted was to find out what happened to hopefully avoid it happening again in the future.
