I moved into my new condo in June of 2022. Had to purchase new living room and bedroom furniture. The sales person was great thought I got a really good deal everything I needed (I warranty was to be included five years) but it two years latter & every piece is falling apart. Queen size bed has broken post under it. dresser drawers handles have falling off. then there the worst part a leather recliner that was purchased for $600 is completely trashed cracks up and down the chair. It's absolutely horrible. When I tried to call to redeem the warranty they said they would send me the pieces when I had the pieces to call them back and they would do the best that they could replace the things that are wrong. This is been going on since October of last year. Still no word from them only received the pieces to fix the chair and when I called to ask if someone could come and fix the chair before there's further damage I get no response this place sells crap please whatever you do take your hard earned money somewhere else because this place really needs to be out of business thank you for your time also, this place is zero stars even with their wonderful sales people. The furniture is crap.

This furniture store has some improprieties that they would like to share with you. Not too long ago I purchased a large sectional couch arrangement (with electronic 6 way adjustment features) that was represented, and priced, as 'new.' ! I felt something wasn't upfront with the sales rep and I marked the furniture that was on the display / floor samples. When the shipment arrived the sectional had the same marks I made on display models ! This was confirmed by videos taken at delivery. There are only three qualities to keep in mind about this company. They are, 1st hores (intentionally mispelled) ; 2nd hores and, 3rd hores. You cant say you haven't been warned.....FYI, the 500 + reviews at 5 stars are all store bought on the black emarket.. Many bad restaurants have done the same thing to avoid bad reviews...

The sales team did great. It took me a few weeks to get use to a mattress that was rolled in a bag, but it feel absolutely great now.

Price Point Furniture is located across from Walmart, just a block from Rooms To Go, Dick's and more. It is a stand alone building, so parking is not an issue. Out looking for sofas on a Saturday and after hitting the nearby retailers, we decided to pop into Price Point. The Salesman was friendly, meeting us at the door, as they normally do. We told him what we were after and that we were just browsing, so he broke the layout of the store down for us and then let us go on our way, checking in occasionally. And we appreciated that approach! A lot of the furniture here was a bit bulky or too small, many pieces were quite ornate...none were really our style. Prices seemed a tad high. The store was clean, but needs some help conditionally as you could feel, see and smell the age of the building. Overall, decent trip in, just not the place for us.

Went with my parents to find a dining set. Not impressed. We were told the Labor Day sale was still in effect and everything was an additional 20% off, exclusions were not mentioned. The table they liked was excluded. Additionally, $150 dollars additional for local setup and delivery is insane, when I can go to Ashley down the street and purchase the same product. No attempt was made to save the sale either. We left and purchased from the Ashley store for $100 dollars less. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Ashley.

Absolutely the worst place ever to get furniture. we got a couch 10 months ago. Within 5 weeks the metal frame was warping so the recliner didn't work. The stitching was also splitting. I had purchased the extended warranty, but it was still under manufactures warranty! I called right away, but they would take a message for service, but no one ever got back to me. After weeks of back and forth, they finally said it was going to be repaired, they were waiting on parts. Then I get a call that they need to pick it up. So they pick it up, I am couchless for over a week. It finally comes back and the stitching is not fixed. I call, they say they are waiting for fabric. I wait a few weeks call back and find out it is being replaced, no one called me, I found out when I called AGAIN to talk to someone. They replace, and within a month the reclining feature is doing the same thing.Every time we call they send us on a goose chase telling us to expect phone calls back when they are closed or call the manager when they are off. Customer service is unbelievably rude and won't call us back. At this point I just want my money back. I will never shop with them again.

Not happy at all with my experience at price point furniture. We were looking for my dad a couch because he was moving into assisted living. The couch we found was in stock, and it still took more than a week to get it delivered. It was supposed to have been delivered on a Monday. They kept pushing it back. Finally they told us it would be delivered on a Thursday between 330 and 630 and they did not show. Although they did refund our delivery fee, I still would not recommend having your furniture delivered with them. Good prices but really bad delivery.

Purchased $3500 worth of furniture along with a warranty. Been fighting to get my issue resolved for 3 years. Issue opened with customer service in May 2020. Since then have been told parts are on order. Everytime I ask to speak with a manager I'm told he is off. Employees will not contact the manager to have him call me. I have a powered reclining couch with exposed wires that poses a shock and fire hazard. There is also a hole in the couch from a pet, that is covered under warranty. Jesse James assured us the warranty is a great investment, was specifically told, "any rips, tears, or stains we will replace the couch" he also said if it ever wear out we will replace it. Now the time has come and they want to give us the run around "waiting for parts"!

Today my wife and I went to Price Point rivergate and we were greeted by Jesse .He assisted us on purchasing furniture for our new house I have never met someone who knew his products as much as Jesse he was very professional and he was very patient with us .He answered our questions honestly and he went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted .He worked with us on the price as well . Everyone there was friendly and the store looked great .my wife and I left feeling good about our purchase now I see what that big boss means when he says price is the point so to anyone looking for furniture be sure to go to price point ask for Jesse and tell him Mike and Suzanne sent you .

Great selection at the warehouse. Jesse assisted me as I walked in the door; great attitude and he was very knowledgeable on the furniture. I gave 4 stars, only because the original couch that I picked out was super delayed in getting to the store for 2 weeks; not Price Point's fault though - I just had to call a few times to check on it. I had to pick another option in order to get the couch as soon as possible. It was pretty close to the first one I chose and very plush. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and will be back to get a dining table and chairs in the future.

I’ve worked Chris in the past and he was a great manager. Trained me to be the best manager as well. The best I’ve worked with hands down. Dedicated to putting the customer first and making sure their needs are met. I bought furniture from him even being all the way in Tampa, FL. He’s that great of a guy and great to be around. Hopefully the owner sees this review!

We are long time customers of Price Point in Madison. The first time we walked in the door we met Austin and he immediately felt like a friend. He takes care of his customers with great care and a listening ear. We have returned many times since then and continue to use Austin. He is truly the best and I can promise he will take such good care of you as well.

Buying furniture is always a struggle for me, but Parker made me feel confident I chose the right store to purchase from. She was so friendly over the phone and in person. She made me feel so comfortable and helped answer any questions I had for her. Definitely will come again!!

Had saw a few reviews but had been shopping for a while. Wanted to spruce up my man cave and wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted swiftly by a gentleman named Chris. Best part is he wasn’t a vulture. Asked me where I could look to point me in the right direction and let me browse. When I was ready to move forward we did. Small negotiations and we moved forward. Next project I plan on coming back for the guest bedroom. See you soon
