I had a broken censor that is a specialized part, but Miguel was able to source it and do the repair with no problem on the same day! He's the BEST communicating mechanic I've ever worked with. He sent pictures and videos so I could understand what he planned to do, and then sent follow up pictures so I could see it was fixed completely before I went to pick up my car. I paid less than I would have at the dealership, and I was treated like a friend. I found my mechanic in Madison, TN!

Don't take your car to this shop!He's never there. He never return calls. He use rebuilt parts!. I paid $538 for labor & parts. My car is still not working! He hasn't returned any of my calls in a month.

I had a great a experience with them when they worked on my transmission and rear end on my truck. They were very transparent with everything they did to my truck and actually helped me save money in doing so. I do highly recommend them to anybody

Another shop wanted $900 and we're not even going to fix the problem. Mike took the time to actually find the problem and fix it for a much more reasonable price... I could not have been happier finding these guys!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mike is an excellent team member who gave me the break down and took his time to explain anything and everything that was asked especially when I asked will getting a water pump will be a good investment or just purchase a new car he explain that it wasn't worth it right now due to people increasing used cars with problems with them later with them as well so why not just fix the car you own and make it worth while. My 2011 has had a fair share of issues and when I moved to Nashville, I didnt have a go-to shop.....now I do. Miguel & Co. do great work and they are always extremely fair on pricing compared to other shops in the area. Cannot recommend them enough.Services: Transmission

I have an older 2004 model car. It has its fair share of issues but still a good car. I have been going to precision for years. They always take care of my cars and make sure I am good. I will always bring my vehicles here.

Mike and his team are the absolute best! They have fixed mine and multiple friends vehicles with body work from accidents. Once they're done with it, you can't even tell it was ever damaged. Great work every single time! I would use Mike and his team over the dealership any day. They provide good service and offer the best pricing. I recently took my vehicle in for needed maintenance. I received awesome customer service, quick turn around and my vehicle felt like new once picked up.
