I finally found my dress here after trying on many dresses and going to several stores. I found a dress that was completely not even in the picture but knew it was the one. Maddy was so amazing and hyped me up, yet never once made me feel pressured to buy anything. I couldn’t recommend this place more! ??

This is the most beautiful bridal shop I’ve been to with the most amazing and tailored experience! Bella was incredible and totally saw my vision and helped me find the most perfect wedding dress. I absolutely loved my experience here! Bella was my stylist and she was incredible. She pulled exactly what I was looking for and did not make me feel pressured or rushed. She gave me a variety of dresses so I could see a little of everything. I found my wedding dress here and I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a nice luxury experience in Nashvillle!

Such a good experience! I’m the bride and brought 5 family/friends with me and we all had such a good time! I worked with Maddy, & she had dresses pulled before I even got there based on my inspo photos. The second dress I tried on ended up being the one! Even so, Maddy was so sweet and pulled several more dresses for me to try to make sure it was “the one.” Her feedback was very helpful and she was super informative. Such a great experience for a day I’ll remember for the rest of my life!

Such a beautiful show room and great customer service. From the places I tried on dresses, this was by far the nicest and most chic in Nashville. Luxury type experience with more high end gowns that are worth the money. Great selection.

I had my very first dress appointment with Maddy. I had sent her inspiration before my appointment with three major features that had been catching my eye, and she was able to find the perfect dress. I only had to try on 5 total dresses to know i had the one i wanted, i was never rushed and was able to even try on the one i liked multiple times. After picking, Adorn was able to customize almost everything to make my dream come true!

My experience with Adorn was unmatched. After you set up an appointment, they call you and introduce themselves. They text you asking what type of dresses you’re interested in, so they can customize your experience to fit you. They text you letting you know how excited they are to see you the day of your appointment, and text you after as well. Not only is the staff amazing, but the dresses are stunning. I had the best experience here, and would 100% recommend them to any bride.

All I wanted was to buy a dress from Adorn because of the options they have. I came into adorn to purchase a dress and the first experience was absolutely amazing. At the time I was 3 months pregnant and picked a dress based on what I assumed I would look good in after having a baby. I paid a deposit, as I was still dress shopping. Due to some unfortunate events I lost the baby and has since decided to go back to adorn to find a different dress. I contacted the sales rep who helped me before and started sending her dress options as I did when I first came in, so she would understand my style or what I’m looking for and have dresses pulled for my next appointment. Instead the sales rep responded to the text messages saying the dresses I picked are out of my budget. I asked her what my budget should be and she responded with a suggestion to take my business some place else as majority of the dresses I picked this time are above my budget. To be clear my wedding is almost a year away. At the time of my original dress fitting my budget was 4K only because I found a dress I absolutely loved and it was within that price. My budget was never set in stone and was very flexible. The sales rep made it very clear she did not want my business because I asked what my budget should be and i was open to suggestions but she wouldn’t even take the time to communicate with me but suggested I go to another bridal spot called Luxe Bridal as they would have dresses within my budget. Adorn has a strict refund policy so if I already paid you for a dress why would you suggest I go someplace else. Why not try to understand your brides needs or communicate with her in regards to budget, pricing, timelines and so on… she immediately made the suggestion for me to go someplace else. Unfortunately I am forced to do so and it is absolutely heart breaking! I love adorn dresses and I know other brides will as well. I just hate that my business wasn’t good enough for this place! Communication is key and i was neglected this. This is not a review to bash Adorn because i still feel their dresses are top line. Just make sure you get a sales rep that really wants to help you find your dream dress regardless of your limitations if there are any at all.
