The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars, is because the pod doesn’t have enough space for all of my personal toys. I have a huge collection. I would love to rate 5 stars though, because a gentleman named Cesar like the salad was the nicest guy. Helped me through the whole process. He deserves a raise! I’ll definitely come again, especially if I get more space for my private personal toys and fun space. Also need to transport some dance poles soon. I’ll be in touch!

**DO NOT USE PODS**THEY LOST MY PODDO NOT tell me to email you at social media@pods I already did that and no one responded to meBuyer please learn from my mistake. Do not use this company. Long story short, my POD IS LOST!!! They can not locate it.I am sitting in an empty apartment, took days off work and hired movers only to have nothing to show for it.This is extremely horrible customer service. I speak to a new person every time I call and have to repeat myself. No one has an answer for me. And I was told that my insurance only covers if the Pod Was damaged, not lost.WHAT??so now I have lost items. And no refund.I will make an update here as I get updated on my pod.

Moved from Oregon to the great state of Tennessee! PODS was reasonable pricing very easy to use and worked amazing!! My wife has a house full of plants 50+ and not one single lose in the transition!! Don't waste the money on a mover and don't stress moving it yourself, load up a POD and let the professionals do the rest!

PODS employs the most polite and professional people. We used them 18 years ago to move into the home where we raised our family. Last week, we used PODS to help us move to a smaller home for the next chapter of life. They were so helpful and the best people we worked with through this process.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Pods Moving and Storage. Dealing with their billing and collection departments is a nightmare. I received incorrect invoices and had to spend countless hours on the phone trying to sort out the charges.Overall, I would strongly advise against using Pods Moving and Storage. Their poor customer service and billing errors make them an unreliable and untrustworthy option for moving and storage needs.

NEVER USE PODS! We recently used pods, moving and storage to move my daughter out of state. As you can see from the pictures below, they damaged my driveway and yard. I filed a claim, but they refuse to return phone calls and emails. This company is absolutely pathetic!First of all they delivered the pod to our house on the wrong day. They did not put it in the driveway where we instructed them to do so and they actually blocked my wife’s vehicle in the garage. We had to have them come back to move it the next day. When we got home after work the next day, they had moved the pod and had damaged my driveway and yard. They refuse to stand in good on the claim I filed. They picked the POD up a day after they were supposed to, and then told us it would be late getting it moved to the final destination. Again, the company is absolutely AWFUL!Pods finally contacted me by email and said they have no responsibility for the damage to my driveway. They stated that in the contract the driver followed procedures. I told them I didn’t sign a contract and their contract was with my daughter! They will not be even answer my email nor phone calls. They initially offered me $150.00, but the estimate to repair was $1700.00.THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! NEVER USE!

Horrible experience all around. The day they picked up my full POD, the driver almost dropped it off the side of the flat bed. The entire POD went flying to one side which since it was full I couldn’t open it to check everything to see what broke. Then 3 years later when I needed to schedule delivery I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to schedule. Hold times stated said 10 minutes sometimes or 30 minutes but I would wait over an hour and nobody ever picks up.

Will NEVER use pods again. Picked up our Pod and only after that did they say they won't deliver the pod to my new house. So we had to come to the POD storage center with a uhaul to unpack the pod pack the uhaul and bring the uhaul back to our house (counterintuitive seeming as all of their Ads say they deliver anywhere in the US) been here for 2 hours and still have no access to our POD, so they are wasting our time that we have the uhaul for and no one will come to the door.

UPDATE FOR CLARITY: this was "escalated to a supervisor" via email 12/7/22 and it is 1/13/23 and have emailed 3 times since with no response. Happy to provide a full timeline showing full lack of communication from PODS :)I ordered 2 PODS to move items for my company. My experience with PODS business started off very strong, clear communication and a prompt pickup. Then for the 2nd POD my rep did not submit the transfer so it was 2 missed deadlines before they re-scheduled. Once "in transit" the POD sat at the storage facility. So long in fact, that I went there to retrieve time sensitive items from the POD. My PODS rep was completely unavailable. Multiple missed calls and emails... I was told it was "on the move" when it was in fact not (I put an airtag in my POD thank goodness). I filed a claim with PODS corporate mid October 2022. It is now January 2023 and i have had ZERO responses to my weekly follow up emails begging for a call, email, or contact name. I created a spreadsheet with each communication type/response for my entire experience with POD, down to the phone call minutes.Incredibly disappointed with the service and am at my wit's end to try to get a response regarding my claim. I have added the social media email, corporate email, and email from my rep. All with no response.

The storage center that houses your container in your new location closes at 4 so people with 9 to 5’s good luck. On top of that you can simply show up and get your stuff you have to book an appointment to get your things with a 48hr notice. This is the most inconvenient storage I've ever heard of.

Don't Ever use pods worst experience of my life. After storing my pod for 2years I called to come to the storage facility to pick it up. After paying for movers, a truck and expenses totaling $8,000, I went to the given address and it was an abandoned warehouse. I called customer service and after spending 2 hours on the phone with them and being disconnected 6 times I was given another address to go to. They told me it was open till 5pm we arrived at 4 and it was closed. After more calls to customer service for a total of 13 calls I was disconnected every single time. I leave Nashville tonight out 8 grand, no furniture and will have to spend an additional 8000 to try again. This place is horrible RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THEM

When I rented my pod I discovered their billing practices are geared toward screwing their clients. I ended up complaining enough so that they met their original intent obligations. I recently found that my account has been breached and my password compromised. I have been on the phone now for almost 45 minutes trying to get them to cancel my account. I could go on and on with trying to speak with a human and walk through the process to eliminate my account but it is impossible. They have now told me that if my account is changed to inactive then it will shortly be deleted. I hope this happens but I have no confidence that it will. if you can find an alternate way to store in transfer anything my recommendation would be to do it.

We just used PODS for our interstate move. PODS itself is good, budget-friendly and time flexible. Booking is easy and the delivery guys are courteous and on-time. Much better than moving companies. However, I wouldn’t recommend their partners, such as buying moving boxes from “cheap cheap moving boxes”. First of all, the boxes came so late, and I didn’t receive some of the items, so I called to ask for a refund. The refund took two weeks to be received! I was worried, which is so unnecessary given stress from moving already. Don’t buy boxes from them.

We used Pods to move from Iowa to Tennessee. So many issues from billing to delivery to pick up. No supervisors to speak with whenever an issue would arise. The associates at the call centers are 50/50 in terms of if you’ll get one worthwhile. The drivers themselves are wonderful but since the customer service is so awful…Stay away!! Use ABF or U-Pack.

Very Bad Customer Service, called to cancel my resv. and for some reasons they had me as commercial account and the rep couldn't even help me or cancel my order, she put me on hold for over than 2 hours total and still i haven't got a solution. that's just tells a lot about this business, please don't waste your money in here
