No barbell and no sauna and extra amenities. Ample amount of cardio machines that don't even get used that could be replaced with better equipment. It could be potentially better, but the ample space is being taken up by unused cardio machines. There is always a significant amount of cardio machines that are unused. Please give the members equipment they will use rather than cardio machines taking up space. Also other PF fitness has better and different machines. Plenty of smith machines, but not even one of them are angled lol. Missing metal handles and takes forever to repair simple machine.
Rather have another gym here. The design choice is horrible which causes congestion and unhappy customers. Club4Fitness layout is the way to design a gym.

Wow, umpteenth time trouble tring to register to join (both inside te gym and from home), recieving messges to "resubmit." I feel sorry for the poor employees who were so helpful but unable to do anything.... already seeking alternatives

In my experience it is the best place to recreate and do your exercise routines the best you can since it has a pleasant atmosphere and all the active areas for your taste ??

I'm a black card member and I can bring a family member for free. I ckd in and the rude desk person at front said for my 80 yr old mother to be allowed in she had to have a email. I told her my mother didn't or has never had a email the lady said her mother has email. That was very rude of the desk last comparing elderly people that had email and some that don't even know how to do email. So I walked out. I go in this location alot. But will never be back . Not very professional on her part

I cancelled my membership and they have been charging me random charges for over 7 months. Amounts exceed $200.
Spoke to 5 different people and departments and they all denied the charges. I am now having my credit card flag any further charges as fraud and getting the charges removed.
My Chase Sapphire card provider said they are having a lot of issues like this with Planet Fitness this year.
Do not recommend, a very dishonest and fraudulent company. Zero stars if it were possible.
*In response to the owner, I have already reached out to 5 different teams, including billing and management. None of them were able to assist me and denied the charges. My Credit Card team is working to resolve, as the PF team was not helpful. Thanks."

Fantastic staff, loads of equipment and it is always in good shape…
WiFi is always terrible. Whether there’s a big crowd or almost no one else there, it’s slow enough that it won’t load my PF Check-In code, send an iMessage, or play an unsaved playlist. That’s literally my only complaint about this place, but it sucks to have to turn off WiFi just to sign in.
