Two years ago we decided to move from BoA to Pinnacle Financial Partners. We wanted a local bank that gave us premium customer service and fewer fees. We did some research on some local FB groups and we got great feedback about Pinnacle. And we are SO glad we made the switch. While BoA has tons of ATMs, you can also get similar ATM access with Pinnacle...and no fees. The customer service here has also been stellar. The team responds super quick and always with amazing attitudes. Maybe this bank isn't as "shinny" as the big international banks, but we feel right at home here due to the great personal attention and flexibility we've experienced. Thank you to the Pinnacle Financial team for making this happen!!

Pinnacle has the worst customer experience of any bank I’ve ever worked with. No option to deposit via app. No ability to deposit cash at ATM. Worse than the smallest of banks, but they aren’t small. These are such simple changes. Time to grow up, pinnacle. Still no lobby, even after most banks have reopened.

Purely garbage customer service these banks which have been barely staffing inside have now stopped even opening drive-through on Saturday. I'm pulling all my money out and putting it into a bank who actually cares about its customers

It feels more like a local bank. If you have an issue and call their number, you actually get a live person who is friendly and professional.

Too bad there's isn't check deposit after hours. And in fact... it's too bad they are not open until 5 what a bummer. Every bank I know of is open until 5. I wish I had looked into this before switching to pinnacle from my other bank.
