Phillips Printing has done our membership directories for the past few years, and they always do such a great job! This year we contacted them last minute and needed a strict delivery date. Shealia and Marc were very accommodating to us. They actually delivered the directories 4 days earlier than planned! We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them for any project you may have for printing needs!

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Phillips Printing in Nashville, TN, for your printing needs. I have worked with Phillips for decades, and in the last 12 years, Phillips became my most trusted printer for several reasons: 1) They are responsive. I have to report to a lot of people, so if I have a question about a project, I need answers right away. Shealia Hearn and her staff ALWAYS get back to me with answers. Even if the answer is not what I want to hear (I can be unrealistic at times with my demands), I still get informed and I'm always given a report that I can, in turn, provide to the leadership at Habitat. 2) Phillips has a staff that is careful, courteous and professional. They go the extra mile. If I'm checking a project that is on the press, I am always greeted with professionalism and hospitality. 3) Quality. It speaks for itself. Some jobs are tougher than others, but Phillips treats ALL of my jobs with equal importance, whether it is a small, 1-color job, or our flagship Annual Report to investors, the quality shines through. And 4) They KNOW what they are doing. The printing industry has changed dramatically from when my career started back in the 80s, and some of the biggest changes are in the technology used to prepare a job for press. Phillips invests in new tech, equipment, procedures and training for their staff, and in turn they educate me on using the best practices and procedures with the files I provide. I have had other printers be unable and sometimes unwilling to help. Not so with Phillips. So, if you have an important job that requires professionalism, trust and is on time and in the budget, then my recommendation is to call on Phillips!Bret D. Phillips Printing provided the most beautifully printed invitations for our event. Furthermore, we appreciated their extraordinary customer service and their mailing service and delivery were superior. The staff at Phillips stays in constant contact with the customer to make sure that every phase of the project is on schedule. It made for the best experience that we have ever had in printing and delivering invitations for our 30 year event that we have ever had. They are always a step ahead of knowing what we need, even if we can't easily explain it and always stick to promised deadlines. I've worked with Phillips Printing over the last 15 years. They've created numerous custom pieces from specialty shaped booklets and programs, 3D event programs and this year beautiful VIP pass looking attachments for xyloband lanyards as our event program. From excellent customer service to the absolute perfect printing and constant followup to ensure on time delivery, you won't go wrong with Phillips. With vendors like Phillips I can relax knowing that there is one less thing to worry about with my events and activities!
