The grooming staff is excellent in their communication and understanding what my dog needs. The store staff is always super friendly. I drive across town because of the service this team provides.

My dog has never had a worse haircut in his 11 years of life. I have a long haired golden retriever and most (if not all?) people know that you are to scissor trim their chest, neck, and arms, but never shave them. I asked for a minor trim to do some clean up on the overgrowth and they took a razor and just completely shaved all the long hair off everywhere. And even worse it is so uneven and botched I can’t even begin to explain. He is 11 years old and looks like a 6 month old puppy who hasn’t had the chance to grow his hair out.
He also smells straight like perfume. I mean an absolutely terrible, CVS brand $2 perfume.
It was also $88 which is straight up robbery. I will 100% make sure to take my dog elsewhere in the future.

so I went in the other day for my dog to get a bath and a nail trim and my groomer/bather deanna was so sweet and nice, she did such a great job had my dog smelling good and clean and the nails were absolutely perfect! recommend 10 out of 10 5 star! bring your dog in for the best treatment!

The grooming services here have continually gone downhill and prices and have continued to go up. Tons of better options out there with better service and pricing. On top of that they're not even friendly any more.
