Quality products with an amazing owner that loves his business and truly cares about our pets and all animals. I'm so sad this isn't in my home town! They have everything I feel safe giving my pets with only the best ingredients and products. Amazing work Adam!!! Just the perfect pet store! I have 8 dogs myself and work with pet rescues and I've never seen such a knowledgeable pet owner that carries all the things we want that are best for our pets!

UPDATE: don't rely on this business to deliver or respond to you when asking where your dog's food is. Customer service gets worse and worse. Now we're forced to go elsewhere.
Delivery is aggravating. There's a space on the order form to put delivery instructions. They even write those instructions on the bag. The instructions are NEVER followed, so don't bother typing any in.

This place is great. Adam was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we had last minute demands. Our 3 yr old doodle has only had homemade human grade food since 3 months old. She gladly switched to this brand when having some from another pup. Would definitely recommend.

We actually stumbled across Pet Wants while we were visiting Cincinnati Ohio they explained how the food was made fresh in small batches and from quality ingredients. They actually gave us the information on the Nashville store and the rest is history. We love supporting local businesses and as a matter of fact we will be visiting them today to stock up on food and a treat or two. We also buy our cat food here and they love it. Do yourself a favor and give Pet Wants a try

My dog and I love shopping here. I get all of my dry food, treats, and everything in between here. I can’t walk by with the dog without her begging to go in for a treat. Everyone is nice and helpful that works here. Highly recommend!

Great place. My dog is cranky when she can't stop in for smells, smiles, and love. The owner and staff are very knowledgable, caring, & informative. The place is stocked full with product, both fun and the usual pet needs. This is a small business and one worth supporting. Supporting this place feels good.

-1 star. I was searching for a puppy food with no chicken. The owner sold me puppy food with the third ingredient, being chicken fat and chicken byproducts... you would think there would be more education on the products they sell. Not only that but they would not refund my money and the owner cussed at me on the phone when I called and told him about it all I was asking for was store credit or return and they denied me. Pet Smart and Chewy are better than this place--- very, dissappinted as i want to support local shops. Super nice to your face to get the sale--- poorly educated on products and will tell u to "calm the fuck" down when explaining your dogs have blood in their stool
