Do not apply for work here. Just don't. Only about 4 employees there worth knowing and a pleasure to work with. The rest... don't tell them anything and grow eyes in the back of your head.

Equipment is great….shipping is a racket though. Got 3 shipping covers for my lights….they don’t weigh more than a pound….charged $31 for regular shipping. Make that make sense

BE AWARE!!!! Horrible Customer Service, All shipping and returns will be PAID by you and you will only learn about this when you have to return something. The alleged "60 days return policy" does NOT tell you, that you will be covering all that. back and they will take whatever they paid to send the item to you. Hope this helps.

can I just say I am very impressed with the customer service!! outstanding!!! I had a faulty flash tube, it was still under warranty and they sent out a replacement immediately as well as gave me helpful tips. I use the alienbees400 system and love it. thank you very much!!

I bought 2 lights from here one light, worked while the other light blew up and shorted the breakers at the on site location I was shooting. I am a small business owner and it was very upsetting to have this happen and quite terrifying. So I called twice to resolve this and the people on the phone were quite rude and tried to tell me repeatedly that I would have to pay for the repair once I told them the item was still under warranty they insisted that their still might be a charge. I went ahead and sent it back to them and they returned the light to me. And the same thing happened again. I am so upset at this point I want to throw it away. over $1200 I products and 1/2 of it useless. Long story short Unrealible.

I just can't say enough good things about this company and their products! The absolute best customer service! They go above and beyond! Love Love Love my Einstein light!!!! I plan on getting a few more after my husband retires from the military, we live some where for more than 4 years, and I can open a studio. I attached a newborn image, headshot, and a fun kid pic I did recently with my light.

I’ve spend thousands of dollars on Paul c. I love their lights they are affordable but it’s extremely infuriating when you have 2 items in your card, one of them is 40$ and you have to pay 20$ and more for shipping. They should really do something about shipping it’s such a rip off paying half the price of your item just on shipping. Placed an order recently and now debating if I switch to a different light with BH. Very sad

Completely disappointed. the brand new digebee blew up while on set and blew out the breakers during a very important photoshoot for my company. It was embarrassing seeing how we were raving about using them for this shoot. Not worth the money. I have and, and have used more reliable lighting that cost 1/4 of the money and work for years without the slightest inconvenience.

PCB - the BEST customer service and tech help from any company I have ever seen!!! Very quick response! I bought a used Einstein strobe and some exterior parts were broken, PCB sent me the small replacement parts at no charge!! - No one else does this... And the strobes are top quality!

I bought a travel kit in 2019. Love everything but the zippers on the backpack to carry it in. I have had three break on me and using the backpack now is not an option.
