It wasn't ready on the date that they asked me to come pick up, so i had to make an extra trip. Even worse, they added an additional $10 to the bill, and i don't know why. The Final total to repair this jacket was $33. Original quote was $20 Poor Value I am disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

I have had good experiences here previously, except for one dress that they sewed a button onto slightly off-center. However, this month, I dropped off some pieces for dry cleaning. When I went to wear one of the blazers they had cleaned, I noticed it had dark patches all over it that felt odd in texture, like the jacket had been burned or melted in those spots. The jacket was unwearable due to the patchy discoloration, so I took it back to see if they would at least refund the dry cleaning cost of that piece. The owners told me they didn't know how the burned spots got there and told me it could have been from heat or chemicals, and they said they didn't cause it. I explained that the jacket was all one color when I dropped it off and it was damaged when I picked it up, a the woman just told me "No." I asked if they could issue a refund in good faith as a longtime customer, and she just kept saying she didn't know how the burned spots got there. She then said the jacket looked like it was made in China and that Chinese fabrics are low quality and burn and get damaged in dry cleaning. It was a Banana Republic jacket, and I have no idea where it was made, but if it was prone to damage, I wish they would have told me on the front end or at least acknowledged that their process could have caused the damage. It seems like their business has devolved over the years, and I would definitely not recommend them.

Took two dresses for alteration. Was quoted $190 which is already a steep price. First dress wasnt ready when they said it would be, had to make a second trip to green hills. Second dress wasn't ready a day after it was supposed to be. He said come back in two days I said no I need it today and came back for it an hour later. Charged me $200 instead the agreed price. So frustrating and the dress is still too loose. Worst experience ever

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. I dropped off a pair of new black jeans and ask to have them dry cleaned. I came back to pick them up and they were gray. The older lady stated she folled the direction on the tag on the inside of the pants after I clearly told her to dry clean them. She said if I left them she would dry clean them and try to get them dark again , so I left them. I came back to get my jeans and somehow they had vanished into thin air. They refused to refund me for the cleaning, and now I have no jeans at all....this place is the WORST!!!
