I have worked with them 2x before and everything was great! This very last time i was told that i needed to pay more because of “extra parts” we came to an agreement due to a misunderstanding but they still ended up doing an exceptional job! Great work just need to be careful with “verbal agreement” because there are no recorded lines. Work on my bmw was 10/10

I am baffled that these people are still in business. Long story short - I requested an out of pocket windshield replacement on top of the repairs of being rear ended. At time of pickup, got in the vehicle and cut myself with glass which caused a decent enough cut that it kept bleeding. I Walked over to the owner (gentlemen wearing hats) and told him what happened, he blatantly told me I was making this up. Luckily Safeglass was still on site and the glass tech validated my story and shared that they broke my windshield, and although they did their best to clean it up, there where still remains of glass to be found.
Go figure,….

If I could leave this shady, low quality, dishonest body shop zero stars I would. One star is far too good for them. Whatever you do, run from this place. Took my Mercedes e350 to them two years ago with damage from flying road debris to the hood. When they finally finished the work, John, the scumbag owner, went over the vehicle with me. I immediately noticed that the gap between the hood and the body panel was at least a quarter inch wider on one side than the other. He looked at it and said no it isn’t. I said let’s get a tape measure. Sure enough, it was misaligned. He had to have his guys redo it.Well stupidly, I went back to him two months ago with my almost brand new Ford pickup that someone hit in a parking lot. All that needed to be done was put a new driver door and mirror on it and repaint. I thought even an idiot could fix this easily. Nope. It took two whole months for a job they said would take 10 days. And when I picked up the truck today, suddenly there was damage to the inner door handle that was never there before. Joh, the cheating liar, said it was due to wear and tear. Wow. Wear and tear for a vehicle with 33k miles on it. Damage that wasn’t there when I took the truck to them. He refused to order a new door handle and fix the damage they had done. And then he wanted to fight me when I told him what he and his shady establishment could do with themselves. Unbelievable. You’ll get better quality and service at any local Maaco than you will this overpriced, slow, cheating joint.

They are months out because they do low quality work. I have started a lawsuit against this group and I have been throwing and recording the disposal of hazardous material used at this shop. We will also begin a boycott that introduces customers to all horrible practices done here. Only the start we will start online page to report this horrific establishment. I’m an investigator shutting down low quality places like tbh is one. Only one person is competent and that Ms.Abbey.

I went to get an estimate to fix compromised paint from an incident that occurred while the truck was parked. No body work needed, just paint. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, but the man who did the estimate was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am not local and was just shopping around for quotes in the area where the incident happened, and this place was recommended by the company that caused the damage. It was raining the day I brought it in so the marks were covered in dirt and road grime; and the owner, I assume, made a big deal of washing the truck off to see the actual damage. Then, he proceeded to claim that the damage was in fact not caused by the incident that I had initially brought it in for, and stated that he had been doing this for years, and he knew what he was talking about. I’m sure this company was good in the past, but it seemed to me like he actually didn’t want my business. I would highly recommend going to someone else who cares about the customers and won’t treat you like you’re stupid. Overall this was a very bad experience, and I left feeling angry and dissatisfied with no clear resolution.

Do not bother going anywhere else. John and all of his staff are simply the best! I have been going here for over 20 years and the service, professionalism and quality are hands down the best. They are extremely responsive and tell you every detail of what is needed and going to happen. After a recent accident where I was rear ended I can't see there was ever any damage. They give you a lifetime warranty on the repair and my car is back to perfect. I cannot recommend them enough! Simply the best in Tennessee.

Very disappointed in this place - it came highly recommended from some coworkers. Gave them the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions but they seem to have too much business to care about individual customers. Scheduling the work to my car, which was not complicated work, took way too long (months). They changed the estimated completion date multiple times while they had the car, and often wouldn't give me an exact update beyond telling me to call back "later in the week" for more information. I told them I was expending more money on rental car fees because of their delays - nothing.
