I've been getting all of my Imaging Tests preformed here for 20+ years! Even though it changed names over the years, it used to be 'Outpatient Diagnostics.' Their equipment is state of the art, high tech. The entire clinic is super clean, sanitary. This clinic runs much smoother and significantly faster than the Chain Imaging!

Paid $2,000 for a partially unreadable MRI. Asked tech why this MRI was different than the 10 other yearly MRIs I have had and he said it was because key steps done in previous MRIs were no longer necessary. Turns out the steps are necessary and this MRI was only partially readable by the radiologist because the tech didn't complete those steps.Called to discuss Quality Assurance more than once both with the company and Vanderbilt and nothing has been done.Avoid this place and find another location.

Had to go in for a CT scan. Bethany was my nurse and she was outstanding. Had a sense of humor and when needed was serious. Thank you for a great experience.

I had an great experience, if you can call an ultra of your male parts done!? It was easier than I imagined. I so was about to walk away. I'm glad I didn't. Something was found and I'm glad I followed through. And, I'm so glad for the person performing the ultrasound. She was so professional. Thank you!

We arrived at the Outpatient Diagnostic Center for a CT Scan of the Chest w/Contrast as ordered by the Doctor, only to find no contrast available. No communication about this before arriving. Poor management and lack of communication or a “we don't give a damn” attitude.

I am not one to complain, but after my first and last experience with this Vanderbilt Affiliate I am willing to make an exception. I was scheduled for three scans with this establishment today, the first went off without a hitch, though they never even checked my temperature upon entering prior as is the standard Covid protocol. The second and third scans were where the nightmare began. These scans were scheduled for 9:45 AM and 10:15 AM. At 10:46AM and only after talking to the person at the front desk I was finally called back for my second and third appointments. As a means of providing some levity (as opposed to a well-deserved dog cussing) to the situation I remarked, “So I guess this means the scans are free now, right?” To which I got a very clearly unapologetic, “Sorry.”Oh and on top of all of this following the scans I went to retrieve my belongings from the locker only to accidentally walk in on the next patient, who was fortunately still dressed.Needless to say it shall be a cold day in hell before I ever go back to this establishment, and if there is any justice in this world, Vanderbilt Medical Group will drop this “medical practice” as an affiliate.

The technician had difficulty getting an image of my right breast without motion, even though she made two attempts. Therefore, I was later informed that I would have to return for a retake. When I attempted to reschedule, I was incorrectly told I would have to have a doctor's referral. Once I got the unneeded referral, the scheduler told me I could go to a different place for my retake. I was pleased to try a new facility with a different technician. The day before my new appointment, I received a call stating I would have to return to the original place as a walk-in. Today, I went and upon arrival, I was not sure they were going to allow the retake without an appointment. However, the same technician I had before quickly tended to me informing me that I should try holding my breath this time. I did as I was told. Following the imaging, she left the room to ensure the image was clear and acceptable to the radiologist. After a lapse of time during which I was beginning to feel anxious, she returned and stated that she would see me in a year. With that, I returned to my dressing room and redressed. As I left, I asked her if what she said meant that my image result was good. She then responded by snapping at me with "I TOLD you I would see you in a year!" I will have all further imaging for mammogram done elsewhere, not at Outpatient Diagnostics Center on 22nd Avenue, Nashville.

Negative and disappointing first experience. From incorrectly registered, to not offered electronic patient intake (the norm during a pandemic) to the person greeting/taking temperatures refusing to cover her nose with her mask. Also not requiring that people in the waiting room wear their masks properly. For a Vanderbilt facility I was shocked at the lack of proper COVID safety protocols. And now my referring providers say they've not received my results from two weeks after the procedure. All I hear both from friends who are medical providers at Vande and from locals is how wonderful Vanderbilt so I was excited to try them, but wow what a negative first patient experience.

I had a screening mammogram done. Everybody was very friendly, and process was incredibly efficient. I highly recommend these folks if you need an outpatient radiographic study done!

I would love to let everyone know how incredible my experience was at this location. My appointment was at 2:30pm on a Friday but could not be seen due to 3 locations being involved in the insurance approval process of my procedure and Kim at the front desk was very helpful in informing me of the situation and why I couldn’t be seen that day and apologized for the insurance company delays in responding to them. She was nice enough to schedule my next appointment and gave me a gift card to Starbucks. With it being cold outside, a warm cup of coffee was so great.

Wow. Impressive. I didn’t have a long wait for my MRI. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. The technician who did my MRI was amazing. So kind and patient and professional. He explained everything so well. An MRI isn’t fun but it was all much more pleasant by having such good people taking care of me. Thank you!

I have had a number of HSGs (awake and asleep) during my fertility journey and this way by far the best experience. The doctor and tech were so thorough and respect of me. They informed of very detailed steps about the procedure and did their best to make sure I didn't cramp to get an adequate image. I left in tears because I was so thankful for their kindness and genuine care of me as a human.

The staff and especially Randy, the man who runs the MRI machine are so kind and very patient especially with claustrophobic people like me. I am very happy I faced my fears and they were so great the whole way through.
