Update: I hate taking 2 stars away. It's been a few months now and I have tried to allow the furniture to grow on me but it hasn't. The show room didn't have a floor model of this set. I saw this online and didn't realize it was going to be miniature. I signed a paper saying no refund and I knew that part upfront. I think this is a beautiful set but not functional for tall or plus size people like myself. As you can tell in the picture of me standing... the furniture is more suitable for little people. I would not have purchased this if I had saw this in the showroom. Lesson learned.The poor staining and seeing the streaks in front at the bottom of the couch ??♀️Oooh and I CANT STAND the poor workman ship on the back lift hand corner of the couch! It's the 1st thing anyone notices when they see my couch and sofa. That is not anything I'm happy about after paying the amount I paid! It is not a chip even though it looks like a chip. I can't stand it and I saw it day one but knew nothing could be done so I thought maybe the furniture would grow on me. Nope.Long story short... Awesome people. Would I buy from them again? YES‼️they didn't make the furniture someone else did and it's my fault that I purchased based on a picture online. Am I happy with the furniture NO‼️ but it will be a constant reminder what not to do when spending a huge amount of money with a no return no refund policy.Once again. O'Reilly's Amish Furniture is a WONDERFUL AWESOME GROUP OF PEOPLE ‼️ Just remember not to buy sight unseen . Thank you for reading.***Excellent customer service. Patient and willing to help with the financing process. I look forward to enjoying this furniture in my home.

I just moved to Bellvue right across the street from O'Reillys furniture.I walked in to see what he had but the prices got to me so I went to a few other places and it was not made the same and all of it was made in China. I went back to O'Reilly's and bought my kitchen set my bedroom set ad my living room furniture. I have only a few pieces at this time but the furniture and beauty of the wood are outstanding. And it is Made in America!! Gary was wonderful, spent a long time with us and explained everything in detail so customer service was the best.I highly recommend him.

From resin poured tables to literal wooden thrones (ok very tall chairs) the prices are unbeatable for cherry, mahogany, and purple heart woods. You couldn't find quality at this price in the heart of Nashville. So come in and check out what will last you, your family, and your grandchildren's children, real hardwood Amish furniture with a finished look that rivals the most prestigious New York furniture designers!

Purchased Bed and Mattress. We had very specific dimensions needed for bed, and conveyed that to Gary. Gary took good notes, and corresponded with the person crafting the bed to ensure the measurements were correct.We also requested additional slats for support, and Gary conveyed that to the craftsmen as well.We also purchased 2 custom size - Split California King mattresses. Again, these needed to be sized precisely to fit the custom bed frame.In each instance we were very pleased with our purchase. Did take some time in making both items - we ordered in October, and they were delivered in February - but given complexity of order, this is to be expected.They also have wide range of wood and stain choices, with clear pricing for each kind of wood. Bed is solid wood - no particle board - we choose a cherry option, with dark brown stain. Very pleased with finished product in both stain appearance, and size was perfect, down to the centimeter.I believe mattress was ready to be shipped about a month after ordering, but we waited to have both items delivered together. Paid a fee for delivery to our Lebanon home. Delivery crew was also responsible for assembling the bed, and was very good at working with us to place the bed in just the right spot.I thought pricing was more than fair - especially considering all the customization we required. Several years earlier I asked a different company for a quote on making a bed alone, similar to the one we purchased at O'Reilly's - and their quote was $1000 more than what we paid - and that did not even include custom mattresses.O'Reilly's payment plan had us pay half upon initial order, then the 2nd half upon delivery.We've had the bed and mattress for nearly a year now, and mattress is still very firm, and bed looks amazing.

Absolutely hands down worth the drive worth the experience. I’ve been in retail for a 14 years and I love when it’s more about your experience and quality of sale then the amount being spent, we found the best Amish mattress here and the owner and staffs are gems ! If your looking for options in furniture it’s a must visitPrices are incredible and quality is highly rated.

I couldn't be more thrilled with our new dining set. It is absolutely beautiful and impeccable quality. The people who work here are so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, from the people working in the store to the people who delivered our new furniture. It is hard to furniture shop with young kids but Mr. O'Reilly turned on their favorite TV program and they were happy. The staff helped us entirely customize a table to fit the unusual dimensions of our dining room and the needs of our family. I look forward to purchasing more furniture from O'Reilly's.

Great experience shopping here, Johnny andGary were knowledgeable and patient with our questions.I initially expected nothing but old style cherry furniture but we found exactly what we were looking for (after literally shopping 7 other stores in metro Nashville) to go into our contemporary home. They even suggested, and made affordable, custom pieces that we would never have considered in the past.Highly recommend shopping here.

Top notch customer service, excellent products.We ordered a coffee table with drawers, and minutes after it arrived and I had signed the "It's in good condition" paper, one of the drawer mounts came loose and the drawer went crooked and wouldn't close properly. I called and the guys that delivered it came right back out to look. Rather than make a jury rigged repair, they offered to have a replacement built for me and swapped them once it came in. They could have pulled the "but you signed the paper" on me but didn't. They addressed it promptly and without any kind of hassle at all.Not to mention the table is gorgeous, sturdy, and customizing it to what we wanted was super easy. It's not cheap, but it is well worth it, and we'll certainly be back as we continue to upgrade our furniture.
