When I walked in, there was only one person at the counter, and he was on the phone. I stood there and he continued to talk, not even acknowledging my presence. I decided to see if I could find the product myself, so I started looking at the signs above the aisle and spotted what I was looking for, (headlights), for my car. Surprisingly, I didn't have to hope someone came to help, or need to go back to the counter, because there was a QR code that I could scan and enter my info to get the results for the lights that I needed. (The reason for the 3 stars).I retrieved the item, and the same man who had been on the phone, rang me up. I had to ask him 3 times if they installed parts, and he finally said if he was able, he would install the lights, but it depended on the type of vehicle because they put so "much stuff" in front of the vehicles "these days", that you can't get to the lights. He had me pop the hood, stood there with a straight face and said, "no I won't be able to install these, it's too much stuff here in the front panel." Then he goes on to talk about the manufacturers and how they've made it so hard, blah, blah, blah... By the way, I drive 2012 model Dodge and what he didn't know is that I had just watched a couple of videos on how to install the lights myself and trust me, there was no stuff hindering the removal nor installation of these lights.As I noted, from the beginning when I walked in, that he was not willing to acknowledge me, I can surmise that he certainly was not going to install these lights. I just graciously got in my car, took it to get an oil change at my favorite Express Lube on Bell Rd. and while there, had the mechanic install the lights for me, and with ease, he reached right in, took out the old and replaced it with the new.When you look at the guy's behavior towards me at O'Reilly's from beginning to end, I wonder if it's possible that he doesn't like a particular race of people, or class of people, or possibly gender of people. Whatever it is, there's definitely a problem. Maybe I should chalk it up to he just didn't know how to install the lights, because the former about not liking a race, class, and people, just can't be true at O'Reilly's. Right?

My mom's car battery was dead so to O'Reilly's I went. They were so kind and helpful. They checked the battery to be sure it needed to be replaced the. They checked the vin number to be sure they gave me the correct battery and explained everything to me (even though I am a girl). They replaced the battery and even cleaned the connectors and took the old battery to recycle. I get very well cared for.

Just want to THANK YOU GUYS for being open at the times that are shown on both the website and the store doors.Had REALLY BAD experience at BOTH Advanced and AutoZone stores tonight.Those stores closed at 8.Websites and doors said 9.Advance was actually closed before 8 and AutoZone closed at 830 as I watched the manager there lose a handful of customers.Thanks O'Reilly's.
