Just got off the phone with one of your reps from store #917 out of Nashville. I asked a simple question as to whether or not a product was available. A simple YES or NO is what I wanted. Leave the rest of my business to me. As to the information you say is or isn't correct when I'm looking at it, then it is what I say it is. Just answer to the best of your ability and leave the rest to the customer!! Keep your attitude and opinions, yours don't matter to me!!

?James at this O'Reilly's is amazing! He has helped me countless times diagnose my car for issues that have occurred and most recently helped me with a bad battery issue he is honest, kind and goes over and beyond to make sure that I always leave O'Reilly's well informed and happy He's a valuable employee and deserves recognition and a raise for his knowledge, exemplary customer service and sincere concern for his customers.

I came here because is the warehouse and but just the manager knows how to do the things in the computer and everything goes slow because the asked everything to the manager.

What does it mean to be on hold for 24 minutes and not answer the phone? I'm stranded on the road, I need to find a part for my car. I will never buy anything from O'Reilly auto parts Again!!!

I went three times last week to purchase a battery. No one ever showed at the counter.
Went to Advanced Auto yesterday for the battery and they referred me to the Nolansville Pike store. However, they did say that O'Reilly's has one in stock. It took a moment to accept the fact that I might actually step foot in there again?
I was told to use the contractor entrance at O'Reilly. Low and behold....customer service people in the flesh!
The battery he brought out was missing the nuts, so he must've pulled them from another one in back. He put my old core into the new box and I carried my new battery to the car.
Put it in the bike at home...nothing....now I'm suspicious of how new this battery actually is, and based on the fact that the nuts were missing, I deduced that it wasn't new, went back and returned it.
Should've gone to Advanced Auto on Nolansville in the first place.

Stood in line for 30+ minutes while the people at the counter (friends of the cashier) small talked with the cashier… completely a waste of time.All I needed was to get my CEL codes pulled.

My car battery died in the middle of moving while it was freezing out - I came straight here because the service is always top-tier. Robert, Brian, and Nelly took amazing care of me! Highly recommend.
