Took it to them, the got me fixed up, and ready to get back on the road, had my car 26 hrs total, only had to extend the trip by 1 day. Nice shop, nice people working there. Fully recommend if you need auto work while in Nashville. Lane motor museum like 10 min walk from the shop to kill time while you wait.”

“I hardly ever go to mechanics that aren't apart of a dealership but I was having issues with my Jeep and didn't want to get charged an arm and a leg from Chrysler. Called in the day I was having issues (around 2pm) and they told me to come on in. Got there and Mike immediately got to work assessing the issue with my car and tried to gather what he could from my very limited knowledge of cars/what was wrong with my car. Told me the fix was going to be pricey if the problem was what he thinks it was. He then printed out a sheet of recalls on my jeep and told me to take it to Chrysler so they'd do all the work for free. Mike didn't charge me a dime even though he took the time to assess the problem, take a look at the jeep, and offered a solution. Next time I'm having car troubles I will certainly be back. These guys are good, honest mechanics.”
“This place is great, everyone that comes in and leaves are happy, which is definitely weird for a mechanics. They are fair, honest, and friendly, if you need work done on your car this is the only place you need to be coming to to get that work done. I came in to get some stuck lug nuts off, there were some issues, which I know is surprising but that cord for you, anyway silver lining is I found a great mechanic by accident.”

Checked all the fluids and other items like air filter (which was dirty) and seemed upfront about all of it.

“Mr. Cooper took care of me when my car had an emergency! I had a belt to break when I was out of town for work. It was a Friday afternoon and I was pushed off from other local repair suppliers and shops to even take a look at my vehicle to find the problem. I knew my vehicle wouldn't make my 2 hour drive home. Mr. Cooper was happy to take a look and repaired my vehicle very fast. I am so appreciative! “I visited this store instead of my usual neighborhood one out of convenience, as I had some time to kill in the area. The guys and gal there were very nice and helpful. They explained everything they were doing and the recommendations they gave, according to their assessment of my vehicle. I can definitely say that you can't go wrong servicing your car at any Valvoline location!”
“I came here recently after overfilling my wife’s Jetta with oil. I had called around a few places and everyone told me it was going to cost at least a 100 dollars and that I should just do an early unnecessary oil change.
I was in green hills getting gas at the Exxon so I thought I was give one last effort to resolve this issue. Not only did they solve this for me without the need of an oil change, they wouldn’t even charge me for anything. They even added a bit of coolant.
I don’t remember a recent experience where customer service was this on point. Zach, the manager runs a great ship. Michael and Dorian were the ones who assisted with my resolution. Both fantastic. Thanks guys.”

I went in for an oil change and found that my air filter was completely dirty (they showed it to me) and a rear light was out. They took care of both at, literally, a fraction of the cost of my dealership!! I will be taking my car there for all future maintenance and repairs!”
