Great store. I always have a great experience. The guy with short hair (maybe a buzz cut) has been there for years and always asks if I need help which you find rare these days.

One lady young lady works there. She don't need to work there because she doesn't know how to speak with people and she does not want to help... next times I look her name if she again sounds absolutely not respectful..

The Printer Center is unreliable, either equipment is broken or the center is closed. The operating hours vary and when you ask employees when it will open they aren't sure. Not worth the trip.

They charge to recycle your computers now, which wasn't clear online. Just go to Best Buy, they recycle for free.
I also had to pay $10 to shred my own stuff myself. I wasn't told that until after I put part of the stuff in there, otherwise I would have just gone to any number of places that shred for free. apparently, they are supposed to check you out for shredding up front...when I asked up front about shredding they just told me to go to the shred-it on the other side of the store. Didn't check out the service. All that's going to happen is those containers get picked up by Iron Mountain, so it felt like a rip off. Staples still does shredding for free but unfortunately, not a location nearby.
