They are scammers. From what I have found Secoyah Darvin is the owner. But supposedly passed away in 2019. So im assuming they have more then one scammer doing this. I have a private investigator who has located where they work from and I will be having the authorities and FBI involved in dealing with them as they have scammed people out of thousands and thousands of dollars.

A very disappointing Christmas when the ‘Like New Condition’ product was unusable because of multiple missing parts. It was misrepresented on Amazon, as it was listed alongside the current gen version of this product. I’m also expected to pay return shipping. Received a broken Polaroid and am not able to return it. However, the Polaroid IS broken, so even if an issue was not to be refunded, I would've been fine with it if they had at least replaced it with one that does work. Unacceptable customer service.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Purposely sends broken and unusable products to Amazon customers. Their phone sends you to a voicemail- don't bother, you won't get a call back. You'll also have to pay to ship that broken product back to them, hoping you'll get a refund.

I bought a pokemon trainer box from them through Amazon and when I received the box they had resealed each pack after taking out the trainer codes, rare card and one extra card from each pack. Ruined my kid brothers present. When i emailed them they did not respond. Do not do business here. Total trash.

Tablet worked for 2 weeks, and they want a 20% restocking fee. They say it works fine an I must have plugged it in wrong. I have a lot of electronics know how and no incentive to lie. Just telling my experience, you can be the judge of what's going on here...
