This is the store for personal touch. Kerry and Steve (Owner and Regional Manager) know their way around every product in the store. They can assist you with any questions you may have regarding supplementation for diet, nutrition, vitamin or overall health, and they pass their knowledge onto their employees! The store is packed with product ranging from name brand to Nashville's own Protein Snack Shop and Music City Fit Meals (Yay locals!). Can not recommend them enough!!!

Huge selection and helpful staff, but I was disappointed there weren't more protein-only options. Nearly everything had artificial flavors and/or sweeteners. Worth a look, though.

I had an awesome experience particularly with Chad. He was able to take me through multiple products and explain everything to me thoroughly. I never felt like I was being sold any type of product and I feel really good about my purchase. Sometimes supplement shops feel very nerve-racking while employees aren’t very knowledgeable. This was not the case here and I can’t wait to come back!

These folks are fantastic. I have been shopping at Nutrition Faktory for several years. It is one of my favorite businesses to frequent in town. I miss their Ellison PL location, but have been visiting the Cool Springs location since Elliston closed. I am excited to see the Bellevue location opened. They helped me in a big way yesterday and I wanted to express my appreciation. Go visit these guys. Great selection, best prices and friendly service. They are the best.

Passing through on a road trip and we stop here as my boyfriend just enjoys stopping at varies shops on trips. The owner was knowledgeable and very kind and enjoyable to talk to. If we pass through in the future definitely will drop by again.
