“My first time coming here, my first time ever in a nursery plant shop and I really enjoyed my experience. I was bashful cause it was my first time there but the workers made me feel warm, welcomed and very helpful and knowledgeable about the plants and what I was looking for. I got the Microsorum musifolium (for starters) also known as Crocodile Fern, stands out for its unique, reptilian-textured leaves. This epiphytic fern is prized for its lush, green foliage that adds a tropical touch to any setting. Can’t wait care for it and watch it grown. My plan was to get a mini bonsai tree that stays small that I can keep inside since I live in apartment complex and I’m sure I can do any gardening there lol ? ? ? ?”

“I special ordered some deck boards. I made the mistake and ordered 16 foot lengths thinking this would save my labor time. I had a 12 foot trailer and tried to use a pallet to prop the back up. They were too flimsy. I am not paying $80 to get them delivered. It took a little time but Richard delivered them on a 20 foot flatbed and unloaded them exactly where I wanted. After all the pain in the butt this solution worked out well. I appreciate the perseverance of the Home Depot Folks in making this happen. I get that it is a big box store but they did go above and beyond and always had professionalism and courtesy and helping me.”
“It's a basic home depot. I wish they had more variety in the garden center, but we do live in Tennessee and it seems the only place you can find good variety would be local landscaping/garden centers. I do appreciate when they do have good variety and species at a good prices. The economy is nuts right now so it's hard to even know if we get a deal anymore when it happens.”
“Every plant under the sun except Eucalyptus, which I happen to be looking for. They ward off spiders, so I was trying to get them because there is a rich history of Spiders vs Composers (as they famously took the life of Berg) that I want to avoid. There's even a type of song called a Tarantella where you play it after someone gets a spider bite so they frantically dance around so the venum will come out”
“Kevin in the Pro Dept is amazing and in my opinion, he is stellar! Went to 5 other Home Depot's and looking for a certain Dewalt tool that each store claimed they had. Not one employee would give me any more than 5 minutes of their time, nor would they look for it. Got to the Madison HDepot and met Kevin. He called around to the other stores, tracked one down, had it shipped to my house via UPS. Took him a few days, but he found it. Not only did he do that work, but he followed up with me afterwards. Amazing customer service!”
“I was urgently needing to buy a washing machine two Friday nights ago, and Bill in the appliance department was so wonderfully nice and knowledgeable, and helped me with a clearance floor model LG. Bill knew which washers were in stock, and found me a model that was an incredible deal. In this day and age, with many appliances needing to be ordered, and with product knowledge and customer service being hard to find, Bill is a wonderful asset to Bellevue Home Depot, and I'm glad I chose Home Depot over the competitor a few miles up the road!”

“Had an issue with One Coat guaranteed paint *not a quality issue* my daughter purchased. Behr rep (Alonso?) was present and was very friendly and understanding. He explained that the One Coat paints are only guaranteed with the Dynasty or Marquee colors. The person who sold the paint didn’t seem to know that. He spoke to the manager, Tracy, who was also friendly and understanding. They were able to solve my problem beyond my expectation and were completely customer focused. They even said to each other that they needed to add the one coat coverage info in their trainings. I left the store beyond satisfied with the resolution and appreciative that REAL customer service still exists! Thanks Home Depot!”
