Keisha the store manager was very professional and knowledgeable of my needs. She was helpful, patient and answered all of the questions that I had and was able to explain them in a manner of understanding for me.

I had a nail in my tire and Jason was able to get me in right away and back on the road. I would highly recommend this location! I came in a little fussy and Jason was really patient and I am so grateful for that!

keisha and AJ were both absolutely amazing. i was being told for a week by autozone who i was just having check my battery and they gave me this whole song and dance about how it was the alternator and basically everything else was wrong BUT my battery. i was so stressed out. i called NTB and spoke with keisha and she was SO nice and comforting and when i brought my car down there AJ was able to tell me in 30 seconds my alternator was perfectly fine and it was only my battery. both of them were just so nice and understanding and extremely helpful. i’ll never go anywhere else.

I came to NTB to get an oil changed and my tires balanced and rotated. Jason and his team noticed that the inside of 3 of my tires were split which is a safety hazard. I had to get 4 new tires. My 16 year old drives this car, and I feel a lot safer knowing that they identified this issue and took care of it. Their team is very nice!
