We have dealt with Novatech for many years. Now that we have need to get out of a lease agreement suddenly they are unwilling to work with us. I’ve tried repeatedly for 3-4 months to buy out our lease and get the existing machine out of my office to no avail. We have been ignored, passed off to the next person… the next… and the next. I even told the rep last conversation that I’m about to take this machine to the dump if they don’t come get it and still nothing. Last conversation I was told another supervisor would be calling… that was 4 days ago. I will never use this company again. Take a close look at the contract before you sign anything. They tricked us into a difficult exit, you can’t even get out of a lease for three months from the time you request it. ? and that if you can ever get them to do their part.

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.
They mislead me through the whole process of buying a very expensive machine. If I can return it I would.
They did not follow through with any of there promises or expectations on what they will do. There were many issues with the delivery of the machine and they said multiple times they would take care of it and compensate me for the issues. when it came down to compensation for what I lost for their incompetence, they settled on $500.00 for thousands in lost revenue.
Very arrogant management.

Ash was great! We've been having so many problems with our printer as of late and he managed to immediately find the issue and resolve it for us.
He even gave us some knowledge about the printers to help us avoid problems in the future.
Thank you Ash for being so helpful, personable, and fast!

Roy & Peter did an excellent job installing our new Sharp BP-70C55. They called beforehand to let me know when to expect them, professionally installed and setup the new machine and hauled off the old machine.

I wish I could leave less stars. This company is fine until you do not want to continue leasing a printer. They will try to scam you into continuing service with them. We have been requesting a final bill for MONTHS. We have called and emailed daily. They love to blame wells fargo and when you talk to wells fargo they blame nova tech and you will go round and round and no one will be able to help you. Jenny in particular as been extremely unhelpful. These people do not care about their customers at all! I would BEWARE of using this company for anything, you will regret it.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would! Dealing with them has been a nightmare and a waste of time. We tried to cancel our contract via phone, they waited until the date our contract was to end to tell us our request was not granted because the needed written request. We have moved our office location and need the printer out. We have reached out multiple times and get the run around every time and of course they are trying to charge us an insane fee to pick up the printer before our contract is up. At this point we just need them to take the printer back but getting them to do anything apparently takes months. I highly suggest using a different company.

Ashton was very knowledgeable and productive. He quickly fixed all of our issues as well as addressing potential future issues. Not to mention gave us all a quick class on operating procedures.
