The worst. Don't waste your time. Especially for tailoring clothing. The "tailor" is supposed to be there on Monday and Tuesday. I tried to go multiple times during that time frame only to be told the tailor has left for the day. I went today at 10:30AM and got the same answer. You will be much better suited to find another option!Service: Dry cleaning

First time getting something dry cleaned in years and they did a fantastic job! I had a full dark drink spilled over a light green satin dress. They got the stain out completely!! I was sososo happy with the results. The only downside is the crazyyyy price. Maybe I am out of the loop for how much dry cleaning costs but $21.20 for a dress seems a little bit much. Honestly worth it to get the stain out because the dress is discontinued but still...1 star off for price

If I could give this business one star 1 would. Absolutely horrendous customer service experience. Brought my bedding in to be dry cleaned (which has been cleaned multiple times before following instructions). I waited multiple days for it to be cleaned and when I picked it up, it was totally destroyed. The inside of the bedding was mangled, had all come apart, and would not even sit on the bed correctly. Calmy and nicely I asked to speak with the owner, Tim who I had to wait two days to contact me. When he did contact me, he spent 45 minutes taking me through the entire manufacturing processes of bedding........I continued to ask what could be done to rectify the situation and asked them to cover the cost of the replacement. Not only was the answer no, but he rudely noted he would not even cover the cost of the dry cleaning $45!!!!. He did not care whatsoever about my customer service experience and as a business owner myself, I am horrified that no accountability was taken. I was offered a store credit. Why would I want a store credit after this experience? 10/10 would not recommend and will be continuing to get my money back.Services: Laundry wash & fold

I took a 160 dollar jacket to be dry cleaned because the first time I wore it, I got a tiny food stain on the lapel and the sleeve. I tried to remove them with oxyclean before I realized it was dry clean only. and I made slight whitish spots around the stains and I wondered if they could do anything. The front desk lady seemed confident they could fix it. When I picked the jacket up, I didn't look at it until several days later And it had splotches all over it. Totally ruined. I took it back and asked what happened. The front desk lady said she'd have to ask the owner (manager?) and I could come back Wednesday to see whether they would cover the cost of the jacket or whether they would write a letter for me to take to Free People to show that the traditional dry cleaning solution ruined the jacket and therefore the retailer was responsible for mislabeling the tag. So I go back to see what the dry cleaner said, and they said they didn't dry clean the jacket. They said they saw the spots and said they wouldn't touch it. But I said, but you did. And you put it in the cellophane bag and you charged me for dry cleaning. They said, we didn't mean to charge you bc we didn't dry clean it. I said, I brought this in with two tiny spots on it and now it's covered with lots of discolorations and spots and weird stains and you did that. And if you didn't, why would you let me pick it up, charge me for dry cleaning and let me leave with it If you truly looked at it and said you weren't going to touch it. Well, they did give me the 8.99 back that they charged me for dry cleaning it. But they lied and said they didn't dry clean it and ruin my jacket.Also at the time I originally took the jacket in to be dry cleaned, I took a black velvet jacket in to have a seam that had come loose repaired. NOT Dry cleaned. Just stitched up. So when I pick up the jackets and a blouse, they had NOT stitched the black velvet jacket, but they had dry cleaned it and charged me. (But who knows? Maybe they didn't dry clean that either?!,!) I did take that back too and they did make the repair and did not charge me for that at least. I will never take anything there again. Awful.

Did a good job on the dry clean and the zipper fix that it wanted. However, they are a bit pricey $20 for zipper repair and $16 for dry clean
