I’m shocked they have such good reviews. Our experience was terrible. Employees were rude and inattentive. Additionally they were not helpful and offered really short, vague answers.

This store was wonderful with costumer service. I especially appreciate Michael who was extremely patient helping my mom try to find an 840 sneaker in a color she liked. When she could not find anything and he tried to find a comparable one.

My husband and I entered the store at 1:08pm today (Thursday, January 25th) and there were 3 employees standing at the front gossiping. NONE of them greeted us and they looked right at us and didn’t even ask if we needed help. That alone made us not purchase anything from this New Balance store. I only wear New Balance shoes and I went into the store with the intent to purchase shoes but I didn’t because the employees ignored us and continued to gossip instead of helping customers. It was one girl (she had long braids) and two guys (one of the guys had braids or some type of longer hairstyle). Please check the cameras around 1:08pm and you will see exactly what I am describing. We will never return to this store again.

I love James!!!! He was awesome and very patient with me. I know I can be difficult at times but James was so nice and made sure I got the right size and fit and explained the shoes to me very well. He is so professional!!! He WILL go very far!!!

Stopped in to look for shoes for my son. Since cutting off his toes isn't currently an option, we have to find size 14. Trust me when I say that is no easy task. New Balance had a great selection of size 14's and James was super helpful. We were so happy with the experience that we came back the next day for another pair. Fortunately James was working again and helped me find a great show for my wide feet as well. James is definitely the kind of employee you want working for you!
