I am addressing this issue because it seems to be ongoing. I have been a policyholder with Nationwide for quite some time now. I recently noticed that there was a spike in rates which prompted me to contact BTJ to shop for me. However, I noticed each time that I’m up for renewal. It is very difficult to get the company to shop new rates for me. I traditionally have to make numerous phone calls to get very simple updates. When you think about some of the other insurance brokers which I would not name, I’m traditionally receive a phone call and new rates within 48 hours. I have tried to contact BTJ least five times with no success.
