This is our first home, and we didn't realize how much work was involved. We looked at a lot of homes going to contract twice. The first contract was cancelled after the inspection due to too many repairs needing to be done and the seller didn't want to make any repairs. The second contract had a few snags (no fault of Neal's) but he worked with us every step of the way. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, even on Sundays when I'm sure he would have preferred to spend that time with his family. He kept us informed every step of the way. He answered every question, even the one's I asked multiple times. He worked tirelessly to get our loan completed working with our agent and the seller's agent. At one point he even had to create an email/text with everyone involved because he was communicating with 6 different people at the same time. We have worked so closely with him over the past 3 months (and 2 contracts later) that I feel like he's a member of the family. I'm sure I can call him in the future (if need be) and he will still answer all my questions. Overall, it was very stressful for me, but Neal made it a little less stressful by assuring me everything would work out and it did. I highly recommend Nation's Lending and Neal Doherty as your lending agent.

I recently re-financed my house with Neal Doherty at Nations Lending. Neil was extremely helpful, personable and explained everything in detail. The documentation process was all electronic and very streamlined, which made the process even easier and more efficient. Neil has the innate ability to make you feel like you are his sole client. He was compassionate and truly cared about my well being. During my refinancing process, I was in a different location as my mom had passed away. Neal contacted a local representative and had them show up at my mom's house for me to sign all the documents. He made it so easy for me to continue this process, given the situation I was in. I would highly recommend Neil Doherty for any mortgage related items you may have. You will not be disappointed.
