Horrible customer service I have been trying since November to get someone to call me regarding a repair on my daughters chair. I’m at the point I’m going to have to look for another repair company since she’s sitting in a torn seat for months!!!

These guys took down my review and sent me a letter stating they will no longer work with me and fix any equipment for me after I caught them lying to me 3 times. Talking to my lawyer, the state and others about discrimination from them.

Waited months with no word from Joe my rep. finally I called and was told Joe would call me back. When he did call back he informed me that he forgot to file my paperwork. Needless to say I'm going to find another company, and start the process all over.

We have been doing business with National Seating for over 10 years and they have always been helpful and have gone above and beyond to service our needs.

Big shout out to NS&B. My family was visiting Nashville and my son’s tire came off the front caster. Without an appointment, the kind folks at NS&B fixed his wheelchair without charge. What great customer service. Thank you!

There are some business that truly do deserve a special ZERO STARS rating and this is one of those business. I am so frustrated with this vendor I could scream. My daughter depends on her wheelchair for accessing her life and National Seating has shown minimal effort and no urgency attempting to get her chair repaired. It has been MONTHS since I pushed it into their office on Elm Hill Pike. My husband and I have tried to contact them multiple times with spotty success. Probably half of our calls have been sent to voicemail after waiting on hold for a number of minutes. The best communication has been through a text/web tracking app, although the updates have been few and far between. That being said, the last update on May 6, to tell us the parts were finally in and the repairs could begin, gave a window of "1 day-3 weeks" Umm? Weird window but OK...I guess they are planning on taking every bit of that three weeks, but I wouldn't know, because when I called today to check I got sent to voicemail again. There was a kind technician, who came to our home to provide a replacement chair. He seemed shocked at how long we had waited. Other than that tech, the employees my husband and I have interacted with have been rude and generally unhelpful. WAIT! The company literally just called and it's supposed been fixed and delivered. If they improve tremendously, I'll update. MORE TERRIBLE SERVICE Her chair was delivered, a VERY helpful professional (Derek maybe) came to our home. He was great! He insisted that his company's number one priority is safety. Hmm? Then why don't they work a little harder to get disabled people their needed AND PAID FOR devices?!!!' The chair is back but not fixed properly (or safely). 1) It has several speeds, one pretty fast one in case she has to hurry (maybe out of the way of a backing up car or something). Now her chair has one speed, slow. 2) Also, when you order a wheelchair it's a prescription because everyone has different needs, right? She needs to be able to recline sometimes to take pressure off of her spine. It reclined perfectly before National Seating and Mobility "repaired" it. 3) Now the display is blinking crazy lights so, obviously they did not fix it. Now I'm back to trying to get a human being to speak to me. This took weeks last time. SO ANGRY! and disabled people don't have tons of options for where to grab a wheelchair and these vendors know it. SHAME ON YOU!!!

We are very grateful for the expert handling of our wheelchair order by Chet and his colleagues at National Seating. Everyone, including the billing department, are superb professionals. The whole process, fitting and overseeing the construction, insurance clearance, went very very well. Thanks to all from Sophie and her parents!

Technician was able to satisfactorily adjust my wheelchair seat back angle and install shower chair seat cushion. He also inspected the SmartDrive mount but found the mount needed to be replaced so SmartDrive would track straight. He didn’t have one with him. Mount will be ordered and installation scheduled for future date.Charger for lift is still on hold. Hoping a satisfactory solution for replacing charger for effective charging of lift motor will soon take place.

I’ve been in a wheelchair for 4 years. First two years I did business with this company that’s in Chattanooga, Tn. The 3rd year, I had a wheelchair that was poorly made and didn’t fit my body from the first company in Chattanooga, I had so much high hopes for this one. Fitting my wheelchair and going about the process I was very impressed in the beginning. Since getting my new wheelchair in December 2020, the footplate needed to be longer, the whole frame should of had a longer measurement so my feet wouldn’t be bunched up and wouldn’t fall off. I thought it would fix the problem with sandpaper tape- no. In the summer it broke, I contacted the company and said it was probably my spasms making my feet fall off. But after getting my spasms fixed.. still not a fixed of the footplate. The problem is, since the frame doesn’t go out long ways, the weight of my legs is putting pressure on the footplate causing it to break. It broke in June, went to get it fixed. All to come back and it breaks 2 weeks later. From leaving a voicemail the days it was shut down from covid, I later got a call from the front desk person apologizing, “it fell through the cracks.” From August 22,2021- December 21,2022. I finally get a new footplate , but as someone whose been in a wheelchair and knows my body, it too will not last because it’s the weight of my legs pushing it down from not having the frame go out more. I will never recommend this company. & I can’t wait till my 5 year mark to do business elsewhere. My honest review. I have all proof and photos concerning wait times and how my footplate has always been wrong. Now I’m just waiting on a back rest and information on tires, a smart drive, which will probably not get until months later.

Jeremy, showed up promptly at the time the company said they would deliver the equipment. He took the time to set everything up. He provided detailed instructions on the equipment and provided information on how to get assistance if needed. Very cordial and helpful. The company was very respectful with Covid precautions. Great service. Thank you, NSM.Over all fantastic experience.
