This review is long overdue! Toyota North is an incredible place because of Mr. Johnson Fabiyi, Sales MASTER as his new business cards proudly state.
July 1st Mr.Johnson helped me find and purchase my brand new 2024 Corolla SE. He was patient, kind, and urgent to help me find the best vehicle for me. He listened to my concerns and priorities and worked with me until we found a vehicle and offer that worked best for me.
About a month later I took my little brother to Mr.Johnson to purchase his first new vehicle. My brother and I are both used car purchasers and Mr.Johnson helped us both navigate the process with care. My brother is a working college student who commutes back and forth to school. Mr. Johnson helped him find the exact vehicle he wanted, a 2025 Camry SE and even referred him insurance that was more affordable than what he was currently paying.
Let me add that I was referred to Mr.Johnson by my aunt who also had a wonderful car buying experience with him over a year ago.
After purchasing, Mr.Johnson follows up with his clients, making sure you’re still happy with your purchase, addressing any concerns and is always a phone call away. I really appreciate his attention and care, professionalism, and phenomenal customer service. When the time comes, I will be shopping with Toyota again!

I am very happy and grateful for my experience today! Keilyn was absolutely amazing, great personality, very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Anything we needed she was there to assist. My husband & I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership & always had a great experience until we took out vehicle in for service. We paid to have the car checked & was assured it did not need a new motor. Yes the car is a 2011 but we needed to keep the car. We paid over $2000 to have service done to the car. The car runs worse than when we had the work done. We contacted several people to assist us to be told by the service manager the car needs a new motor, is too old . He then asked to bring the car back. Explained the car can’t be driven to take back again. We have waited to post this but decided to do now because we have heard from others of their bad experiences also. The $ 2000 was a lot of money out of our finances we don’t have . Have been so disappointed and don’t plan to ever go to this dealership again.

I took my 2017 Tacoma in for recall work. The paint was peeling around the rear windows. I was told that the paint guy comes Thursdays so I made my appointment. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before the scheduled Thursday and received a call the next morning that I would need to take my vehicle to a dealership with a paint shop!!!! Didn’t the agent making my appointment realize this? Needless to say a lot of wasted time to get the truck from my son who is at college. There is no excuse for a service department being this inefficient. I won’t be back.

Just made a purchase for a 2018 Tundra. Cihan was my salesman, and I was so fortunate to work with him. He is a hard worker and great at follow up communication and follow through. So many good things to say about this Toyota dealership. For starters - our sales lady, Tammy, was amazing. I inquired about a car and she responded quickly letting me know it was still in stock. That same day we drove out to test drive it. I fell in love so fast! She worked so well with us on the whole process. I really enjoyed getting to work with her. We worked with Jimmy for financing and he was just as amazing! We love this place and appreciate their customer service. We will be back if we ever decide to purchase a Toyota again!

Extrodinarily professional dealership! A huge shout out to Abdullah who was my service advisor, for his professionalism and perserverance in ensuring that my 2022 Toyota Camry was fixed correctly. I have been extremely happy with my experience here. I purchased a car for my wife here back in February and our sales rep did a great job communicating prior to our appointment and made us feel very comfortable and respected. Once we left with our vehicle we found out that there was some body work that had been done on this used vehicle that the owner did not disclose to this dealership at the time of the trade. The car fax was clean and the damage was hidden behind multiple panels and wasn't visible. As soon as we found out we contacted the dealership and they were extremely gracious and understanding. The next day we dropped off our vehicle and they provided us a rental vehicle at no cost to us while they got the vehicle fixed and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Kenny from the service department is awesome and made all of our anxiety go away. We will definitely be back and would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by here. You wont regret it.

I highly recommend this dealership. They are all very friendly and not pushy. Tammy Morrison at this dealership is extremely professional, family oriented, makes sure she finds what you are looking for, and is 100% honest. She is with you throughout the entire sale, which makes it a more relaxed situation. Side note. We are extremely happy with our purchase Tammy helped us get into.
