I've been going here for about 6 months now. Mostly to have my dress shirts laundered. The staff is always friendly. Everything has been done quickly and on-time, and the prices are reasonable.

I have taken several items here to be cleaned or altered and they are always done promptly and altered as ordered. Are they a little more expensive, maybe. All prices are always quoted before you leave. Lets not complain about pricing people.

This group of people is well organized. They are also kind. I now take much of my laundry to them as the availability of washers and dryers in my building is uncertain. Because I am old, 77, moving a heavy basket of laundry is challenging. Having them load and unload baskets is very helpful. Really nice people. And my laundry is returned in perfect condition!

I haven't picked up my blankets yet so I can't comment on the quality but I was kinda shocked about the pricing ... I dropped off a queen size comforter and smaller blanket and owe $80. In hindsight I should've called about pricing before but Im paying more to get them cleaned that what I even bought them for.

I just paid $68 to wash and dry ONE laundry basket of clothes. Some of the clothes still had dog hair on them. A total ripoff. I do not recommend

Used this place one time for dry cleaning and my clothes had a bad scent when I picked them up and all of my clothes had shrunk a little from the dry cleaning which shouldn't happen.

They ruined my husbands suit from our wedding. An investment suit he only got to wear once. Worst part? They blamed it on me and took zero responsibility, saying “it had to be something other than wine.” … Excuse me? They would have let me walk away with it in this condition too has I not checked to make sure all was well. Unbelievable. Awful management customer service. Take your business elsewhere, Nashville.

Wonderful service from the front desk ladies. They were really nice. They really helped me when I needed my clothes the same day. I brought in a white dress and it had a stain on it and they removed it and it looked brand new. Definitely recommend!

I love this dry cleaning, because they let me bring my own garment bags to avoid using plastic, and they take back hangers that they reuse. They also have garment bags for sale to save on plastic use.And of course, they clean well and fast, and they are super nice!

This is my go-to place for dry cleaning in Hillsboro/West End. I go about every two weeks and they are always kind and prompt. The drive through feature is the best part - I swing through on my way to work and it adds 30 seconds to my commute.Today, I had the only issue I have had with them - a dress was destroyed in the drycleaning process because there was a tag left on. The cleaners took full responsibility and reimbursed me for the dress and made it an easy process. With the ease of the drive through and the great customer service, I will be going here for as long as I live in Nashville.
