Napa didn’t have the battery I needed so I purchased one from advanced auto. Adv Auto told me that Napa uses a higher quality engine tester and that I should ask them to check my alternator. So I go to Napa and the man inside voluntarily comes outside in 20 degrees weather on a sheet of ice helps me recover the bolt that I accidentally dropped down inside my engine which I couldn’t have done without him and checks my alternator for me to make sure that when I leave there I should be okay. He did all of this without payment. The only thing I purchased was a socket wrench so I would have less trouble in the future. You don’t find that kind of customer service anywhere anymore.

Dana was a great help to me. He volunteered to make sure the part I was looking for was actually in stock and then gave me a call to let me know it was at the counter waiting for me. THEN loaded it up in my car. Not to mention the guys inside offered me fresh popcorn. Great experience, ask for Dana if you need anything he’s the man!
