They did an okay job. But whatever they used to clean the interior side of my windows, they didn't remove, there was a cloudy film left over that I had to wipe away. And they didn't shampoo one of my floor mats, it was still dirty. The make of my car is sewn into it, it's supposed to be white but it was still brown.

This is an Amazing company! I have been a customer for approximately 2yrs. My original experience was for paint restoration on an older vehicle and Michael and his team did an incredible job. My car looked brand new!! Each visit whether it is for just a wash or something additional my vehicle always looks Fantastic! Michael and his team are professional, knowledgeable, personable and provide Excellent Customer Service!!!

Absolutely incredible job! Everything is done by hand so it takes about an hour depending on the was you choose but SO WORTH IT! It’s obvious they take pride in their work and don’t skimp on details to keep the line moving. My first time here and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The guys and gals at Music City Auto Spa are experts at making my car gleam like new, both inside and out. They have never let me down, and I've never even had to book an appointment. Everyone there is super-friendly and courteous, and there's an air-conditioned waiting area with comfortable chairs, reading material, and flat screens. If you're looking for an amazing handwashed detailing experience at a VERY reasonable price, look no further than Music City Auto Spa.

The guy who washed and cleaned the inside of our car was careful and thorough. We didn't want wax, and he said that was no problem. He was polite and friendly as well as thorough. We should have asked his name. It was well worth the drive from East Nashville to way out Nolensville Road.

My wife and I just love using Music City Auto Spa for our cars. Their service is incredible! Our cars, with their basic level cleaning, far exceeds others full detail jobs. They a friendly and very service orientated. You need to let your auto enjoy some pampering from them! Happy car will make a happy owner!!!

“EXCELLENCE!” This is the word I would use to personify my experience. All of the 5 Star Ratings You read are true. “TRANSFORMATIVE!” Is the word that also describes what was done to my SUV! 5 Stars is not enough! I have never given such an Overwhelmingly Positive Review. And, I have never felt so good for spending this amount of money. My Dad gave me his SUV, for my expanded family. I severely scratched the car on both sides (while pulling into my garage.) The Scratch Removal, Exterior Polish and Detailing was breathtaking! He was emotionally moved, when we picked it up together! “WORTH EVERY PENNY!” (I am not overstating this review.)
