it doesn't have a bathroom

HORRIBLE. DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!! I go to great measures to avoid this specific location unless it’s absolutely necessary that I stop at the moment I just happen to pass it and, unfortunately that moment came today even though I still ultimately left very displeased without purchasing a single thing I went in to purchase because of the God awful staff there.
I was trying on sunglasses and that part of the store corner is so over crowded with junk lying around it that I couldn’t use the tiny mirror, so I went to use my phone instead. I proceeded to take a picture of 1 of the 3 pair of sunglasses I was trying to choose between & before I could even take the 1st pic, the lady behind the counter yelled across the station to me saying, “uuuummmm, are you gonna purchase a pair of those or just take pics?”. I looked at her like she was stupid due to the completely ignorant question she had asked me of course and I then asked her why would she even ask me such a stupid question. She then proceeded to tell me they “don’t let customers try on the glasses” there and again, I looked at her as though she were as stupid as the stupid remark she just made and reminded her that there was a mirror there so that the glasses could be tried on. She just started mumbling something else stupid and rude so I left abruptly and as I was leaving she yelled at me again, so you’re not going to put the glasses back? See that’s why we don’t let y’all try ‘em on.”
Idiot. I left just absolutely disgusted with that place again as I do EVERY TIME I have to go in there. The staff there are pathetic and rude, racist black women and when I went to leave a review, EVERY SINGLE REVIEW of that store is a complaint regarding the disgusting staff.
Something needs to be done about this. This staff is driving customers AWAY to the point that, at least I myself, am going to take action regarding them. I’m just disgusted with that location and the type of person they’ve employed to represent their brand. And lo and behold, they always find the same type deplorable person to put behind the counter somehow.

TRASH! They went back to “closing early” because of no staff(wonder why) at this point, they just need to shut the whole store down! They have employees that are RUDE! Always have attitudes with you,on their phones,only ask for ID when they in bad moods,always one person working the line out the door..FULL of homeless people around or in the bathroom doing drugs which comes from them being camped out in the woods next to them and down Doverside street! It’s literally 5Mins away from my house so I only go when I’m in a rush but my fiancé will not go there at all! They really need to do better or shut this location down!

My husband and I are trying to gas. I pay money to get cheaper gas here. My daughter and I go inside to pay for gas and the doors on both sides are locked and there's a line of people waiting at the locked doors trying to pay for gas. This chick comes out and locks the doors back. The sign clearly states 5am-11pm. People are leaving and honking just being rude. My husband says maybe she had to use the restroom and that's the only way she could go. I said then she deserves better!! That's not fair or right. sounds to me like she needs help. She has always been super nice and fast as hell at checking out!

Bad attention from the staff, I have arrived three times to have diesel and someone wants to use the bathroom and it is damaged all the time.

I just left this location, needless to say, I had the worse experience. The cashier was extremely rude , she was out of uniform and hair uncombed. She was being very rude to every customer in the store. Threatening to kick out the customers because she was apparently in a bad mood. I will not be returning this location. It seems they are just hiring anyone. I highly advise corporate to make a visit.

To echo what another person said, great price for gas but incredibly slow pumps. My first 10 gallons took like 5 minutes, so I’ll probably be here 15-20 just waiting for my tank to fill.

This is by far the worst Murphy I been to as far as customer service… the two employees working today particularly are extremely rude and disrespectful… when I arrived the bathroom door was locked. I stood there around five minutes waiting for someone to come out…. When no one came out, I walked into the store. The lady at the register said if the door is locked someone is in there. I’ve been walked outside waited another maybe 10 minutes then the other cashier come outside to put an out of order sign on the bathroom door. At this point I had already been waiting around 15 minutes… I explained to her I have health issues and extremely need to use the bathroom. She was very rude to me started screaming at me I’m not gonna let you use the bathroom with blood all over the toilet. I said OK then clean it that’s your job not having customers stand out here for 15 minutes telling them one thing that someone’s in there then coming to put a sign on the door after they’ve been there 15 minutes … I don’t at all for a second think there was anything wrong with the bathroom at all. I think they just don’t want to open it because they’re too lazy to clean it because when I asked to see she said she cannot open the door but prior to that told me she just locked it. If you have a key to lock it, you have a key to unlock it. It’s a deadbolt. … it’s funny how all of these bathrooms are all of a sudden out of order since Tennessee said you have to provide a bathroom to paying customers… sounds like I need to call an attorney… I will not be treated that way when I spend my hard earned money at your establishment… let’s not forget the employees are standing behind the counter talking amongst there self when there’s lines of people, the parking lot is disgusting, and according to them, the bathroom needs cleaned…

Cashiers didn’t do anything about one line being tied up with one customer while the other line was serving customers who weren’t even in the building when I first got in line. They also let people smoke at the gas pumps.
