Mr. Mover took care of all my moving needs after dealing with horrific situations with merigold movers. mr mover worked with my constricted availability dates and did everything in their power to provide excellent upstanding service. staff went above and beyond to make the stress of moving a positive experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Was quoted one thing and promised they cover damaged items. Well it cost me double, and they would not pay to repair or replace damaged items. A colored marker was used to hide tears in my leather furniture. We had to pay for damage done to the rental house. Never would return my calls after I started complaining. Seriously can't believe they are still in business.

**BEWARE** Mr. Mover (also know as Franklin Moving Company and Spring Hill Moving Company) has been the worst moving company that I have ever used. The movers were scheduled to show up at 11 A.M. and I get a call that they are running a little late at noon. Several hours go by and I finally decide to call the owner Jason Champion (Look him up on Facebook and you will see most of his positive reviews come from friends) but he does not answer. Finally at 7 PM I get a call from the mover, and they show up at 8 PM. NINE HOURS LATE. I keep calm because I know its not the employees fault, but rather the owner that over scheduled deliberately. After a 5 house loading and unloading, I noticed the movers broke the control panel to my Dryer. I point it out to the mover and he accepts responsibility. I talk to the owner, Jason Champion, that night and the next morning and he agrees to come look at the damage. He shows up an hour late, looks at the dryer and writes down the model number and says he will order the part the next day. Well, that was a over a month ago. Jason stopped returning my text messages and phone calls to both phones that he uses. I have read more reviews on multiple websites using all 3 of his fake company names, and they all say the same thing. Jason will not repair or replace items that he damages. He simply stops answering your calls or text messages. He is absolutely the worst "owner" that I have ever done business with. Also, look up the complaints on the Better Business Bureau for Mr. Mover. I believe he changed the name from Mr. Mover to Franklin Moving Company and Spring Hill Moving Company because of how many negative reviews were attached to Mr. Mover. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY.

Jason and his team did a great job. We needed help unloading a truck when we moved to Hendersonville, TN (back in July 2016), because my dad just couldn't help carry things up those stairs. A few months later(November 2016), we had to move again, my parents came back to help but again the stairs were an issue for my dad. I called Jason and told him the situation and he sent his team to load the truck back up for us. They did both trips in 2 hours, it would have taken us probably two days with our health and those stupid stairs!! The price is reasonable and the team did great work unloading and then loading the truck back up. Six hours later when we arrived in Georgia, NOTHING in that rental truck had shifted. Great job guys! I meant to post the promised review a week ago after we got here but I got distracted unpacking. Thanks again, Jason for being there when I needed you! And thank your team from the Wards and the Nobles families! Happy Thanksgiving to y'all! Keep up the good work!

I am a Former employee & I urge everyone looking for movers to stay the heck away from this company . This man Jason Champion hires his workers through CL (Craigslist) I never met the man until 2 days working for him ... he didn't know if I had experience or not . I ended up working close to 5 months and probably worked with at least 100 inexperienced movers which some were hard working most were not . He promises to pay you every Wednesday but if you do anything to rub him wrong he will not pay you a dime and come up with some tacky excuse why . I have been texted by numerous customers wondering why damages aren't being fixed his usual response is "f*** them they already paid , they don't have to use us again if they have a problem." Numerous days we would be overbooked customers would have many worries and questions butJason would be often unavailable. If you do a background check you'll see further why not to book this man Jason Champion . Mr mover Franklin mover Spring Hill mover . A customer wanted a partial discount being it was clearly a 4 hour max move with 3 man crew well one guy quit mid move he refused to cut the rate to the 2 man rate and the move ended up being 10 hours and was still unfinished and he refused to provide any type of discount . The stories go on for days DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY

Prompt, Courteous and Effiecient! Kyler, Rod and Michael did an excellent job. We'll certainly contact Mr. Mover as we prepare to finish our move from our Brentwood office to our new office in Nashville.

We had a great move with Mr. Movers in Nashville. Their prices were better than the other movers in Nashville we called. The movers arrived on time, were friendly, worked quickly and were professional. Everything went smooth and nothing was damaged. We will recommend them

The movers never showed up- apparently if the job is too small (2-3 hours) they won't show up and won't answer your calls. I understand that every business needs to make money, but scheduling a move and waiting for 2 hours for movers to show up and then nothing? Not even a call? Not to mention my calls weren't answered... I could have used that two hours to go to Uhaul and start moving myself. Very displeased with what happened and unless you have a big move, I don't suggest you use them.

We had two moves in 6 months. The first move went smooth and everyone was respectful and careful with our belongings. For the second move, the man in charge of the move was wonderful and very accommodating. But one of the men smarted off to my husband accusing him of lying. Also, they cracked the inside of our fridge. The entire inside of the door has to be replaced now. We built a new home and now have mutilple scratches on our front door frame and walls from them, along with at least 3 very large and noticeable scratches to nice wood furniture. The first time they wrapped our furniture and the second they did not. They got the moving date wrong that we scheduled, so never showed up the day we told them we were scheduled, because they had us on for the next day. So instead of starting out move at 8am, they couldn't get to our house until 4pm and did not finish until 11pm. A move with 4 kids ending that late was pretty rough. Along with all of this, I called and told them everything and they apologized and seemed very sympathetic. They said they would call back. 11 days later, they have not called back. I'm also pretty sure they have caller ID because EVERY time I call now no one answers, which has never happened in the past. It's the only line they have, so I know someone is there to answer but they don't. I have been patient and understanding this entire time, not even getting upset really. But now I am pretty upset and cannot believe that this is how we have been treated and THEY DONT CARE!!! If they did, they would've done something by now. They should be thankful my husband wasn't the one calling. He was so upset that anyone we hire would talk to him in that manner, along with all the other things. How disrespectful. It's all just made me think unhighly of them and I will always tell this story to anyone moving, to prevent them from such horrible service. Before this, I raved about them. I can't believe anyone could give this sort of service and still live a moral life, while lying to us and treating us badly. Go elsewhere for your sake!!!

Had a great experience recently with Mr. Mover in Nashville, TN. The guys were very courteous and professional. I would recommend to others.
