The people here were fantastic. Thanks for being so kind to our dogs. We had a fantastic stay even though the ice was a little crazy.

Stacy at the MOXY (Vanderbilt location) is the absolute BEST. I accidentally booked a room at the Downtown Moxy, and actually needed a room at the Vanderbilt location. She was great in assisting with getting my reservation switched to this location. She treated me with the utmost respect. Her customer service is 5 STARS!!!
