I would give 0 stars for this company if I could! I chose this company because of its good reviews and how well David spoke about his crew taking precautions to not damage things and how they place back and stage in the new place but I do not see how they have such good reviews or if I was on their off day. I had a video chat with David and a walk through of the house and all of our belongings. I got quoted 7 and a half hours (estimate on how long the job will take) I was fine with this at their price. My new house was only a 10 minute drive. During the move they had one of the crew members walk off and had to locate another one to come to the job. Even though this is not my fault I feel that I got the repercussions of it due to the cost. They charged me for boxes/bags that where never used (example: box spring bag, which I did not have a box spring.) They lost and damaged items and they ended up taking over 12 hours to complete this move and that is NOT with "staging" at the new house and not moving all items! They placed most items in one room and did not even set up all the items in the new house. Which when they was unloading into the new house I did just tell them to leave the boxes in the dining room because at this point I was upset with the missing items, and how long it was taking all while I was being charged for this time. They ended up taking over 12 hours to complete this move and did not even move all items. I ended up moving the rest of the items myself. I got charged double then the price quoted because it took the movers so long, missing and damaged items! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever been through with moving. I did file a claim with them about the damaged items and not all is covered and they pay cents to the weight of the items not the actual items price. I would avoid this company.
I will say the one who got relocated to our job and one other crew member seemed to be doing all the work.

I'm so happy I picked this company! The guys that came out were careful and professional and super nice. They even helped me hang some heavy items on the wall.

We just had an interstate move with packing and a move directly from door to door and it was seamless. It was one of the best moves we have ever had. The team was amazing: Ricky, EK, Eddie, Red, Woody, and Corey. Each one of them was vested in our move and our family. We were very impressed. I was most impressed at how cordial the team was with us and with each other. I never heard one complaint the whole time. I would 100% use Move On again.

I recently used Move On to move our small business across town. As this was during peak 'moving season', I was very concerned about being able to secure a truck, let alone a team of movers. The team at Move On responded quickly, provided an estimate over the phone, and I was able to get the move scheduled easily! The deposit/contract system was very easy to use and they were communicated with us throughout the process. The per hour rate is also very reasonable and fair. On the day of our move, the gentlemen were very professional and cordial and reviewed exactly what we wanted/needed before starting. Colondo, Edward, and Red were wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations! We had some unforeseen difficulties involving a small elevator and difficult furniture but the guys were willing to do anything we needed to take care of us and get the job done! They were all smiles and so amazing to work with, even after a gruelingly hot day in the sun. I also recommended Move On to our partner organization, who utilized two of their trucks the same day, going to the same destination. No furniture was lost, broken, or misplaced in the process! I highly recommend Move On for any move, residential or commercial.

This moving company should receive more than 5 stars. They made our out of state move so smooth and easy. They were on time, and very professional. From quote to end of move this company keeps you informed, and there are no surprises as all. This company prices were equal to the market at the current time, but you definitely get a white glove experience!! I highly recommend them for any moving needs.

Great crew, great job, minor issue
I would recommend Move On Movers and use them again in the future. They were professional and super careful with my belongings. Although I separated sets of boxes for a move in and for storage, they got them confused and had to double back to put some boxes in the right places. They didn't charge me but it was a bit of a hassle. Still, I'd use them again.

Joe and Deontay were amazing moving partners and took great care of our belongings throughout the move. The team was very professional and personable, and they make our out of state move a breeze. The company appears to be well run, and upfront about all details. I can’t say enough about the wonderful gentlemen who moved me within Nashville TN. It was a three day move process, and they were beyond accommodating. They were hard workers, who were incredibly professional, kind, and fun… We hugged goodbye. That’s how special they were.

Move on is the greatest! three guys moved my whole two bedroom apartment and a storage unit in 4 hours! they were fast efficient and careful. I had things that were going to a different state and also another storage unit they did everything I asked and moved everything with care. They never complained about the July heat or the fact that they had to go up a flight of stairs. they did everything! Cleo, Michael and ray! Cleo and Micheal moved me to my apartment which was on the 18th floor. they finished in one day and didnt mind moving rugs or helping me put beds together. only thing was broken was a glass shelf but they said the company would fix it for me I just have to figure out how to do that! but there was a lot of stuff that could have broken that didnt! they did such a great job. I asked for the best and thats what I got. MOVE ON is the way to go. they made it as easy as they possibly could for an out of state move.
