I’m normally not someone to leave a bad review or a review at all. However, the person working in the store the day I visited with a group of girls, was very rude. We were looking around and she mentioned to one of the girls in our group “there is a cheaper store across the street.” The girl she said that to and a few others walked out at that point. They went and stood on the porch and were in no rush. The lady working there then proceeded to go and find the other girls in the group that were still shopping and “shew” them out of the store by saying “don’t leave the rest of the girls behind.” Very disrespectful and will not be returning to the store.

I only purchased a greeting card, but had a wonderful experience and she was helpful with telling about the area. I was also able to send some shoppers her way when I was asked where the best place to shop was :)

I purchased a beautiful necklace for my wife for our anniversary. The owner went above and beyond and reached out to me personally to make sure I would receive the necklace in time. She even worked with the jeweler to get it to me much faster than expected. I highly recommend shopping here, they have a great selection of products and unbelievably good customer service.

My friend and I just left Moda. She wanted to try dress on, got in the dressing room and realized she had a feminine issue and needed to get to the bathroom. I asked to store associate if she could use the bathroom. She said go next door to Frothy Monkey. I explained her dire situation and she said no we don't even have a bathroom in the building. I said where do you go to the bathroom?? She replied next door. I'm not buyin that line. Just be honest and say we have a bathroom, I don't care that her clothes are messed up and she needs a bathroom. I would respect you more. I have shopped here before and bought denim and a jacket and had good service but today was just wrong. From one female to another have sympathy when Aunt Flow shows up unexpectedly.

During the pandemic, I ordered a dress that I'd seen on Instagram. The owner helped me figure out the right size and personally delivered it to my door! I get compliments every time wear it. They also carry fabulous, unique jewelry. There's something for everyone. Can't wait to go back!

Super cute boutique. Employees and the owner were very friendly and helpful. Higher end merchandise but worth the visit. Bought a really cute and fancy handbag that I'm in love with. Great brands.

OMG I wish I could have taken this boutique home with me! I popped in while checking out 12South. I wound up going back maybe an hour later to make a purchase. The owner, Meredith, was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. The stuff there is super cute and while it's a bit pricier, I can appreciate good quality items. I purchased a cute clutch and a ring. I've gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend.
