Very frustrated. The hours of this place are ridiculous. Sun is still up and they close. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled in to use a service I pay monthly for they are closed. Ever since covid this company has gone down hill. First they got rid of interior cleaning and then changed the hours. Oh and those times I'm pulling up and they are closed there are always at least 2 cars in front of me doing it and like 5 behind me cause it makes no sense to close a car wash when it's still daylight out.

I have visited several MCW's in Nashville and this one is the worst. Yet it is extremely busy so the owner is making the $$$ but not investing it into his business. The last two times I noticed a film on my car and windows after the washing. It is so busy their recycled water is not getting filtered good. I brought it to their attention and was told "we are working on it." Yesterday it was beautiful outside and I went to it. Upon entering I noticed again they were not doing any prewashing. They stopped about four months ago and i was told due to freezing temps. Now they are saying we will start back in the summer. Really? My front windshield and back window were not cleaned well after leaving and i had to go home and windex them. This location should be at the same level as all the others I visit.

I have always finish drying my black car, I'm paying 29.00 for unlimited and the back of my SUV Iis never totally clean and I understand prices are going up to 32.99, value is not worth the 33.00 I'd like to get a wash and roll out and not get out dry and roll. don't get caught paying for more and getting LESS!!!

No guidance when pulling up, the guy just making hand motions while staring at the phone, never really gets all the dirt off, vacuums are good but they don’t offer products to finish cleaning your car nor are there any microfiber towels to wipe down so buy and bring your own stuff to finish cleaning the car and prices are going up so will be canceling soon.

This one in madison is MUCH better than the one in East. However, WHY do they have the older gentleman who can't walk super well ALWAYS on trash duty? Give this man a break and put him up to help cars pull in!! The younger people are just standing around and this poor old gentleman shouldn't be bending over and carrying heavy trash bags! Management do better!!! He is a great employee and deserves more from yall!

Mr. car wash was expedient and well regulated with seamless service. The employees were guide oriented, pushing the boundary of service and friendliness.

This is the worst car wash. 7/10 times it will shut off in the middle of your wash. The workers that stand in the front don’t even rinse your car before going in. The place might as well be unattended. The right side brush doesn’t even touch your car. I have a monthly pass and my car is always half cleaned every time I go. Waste of time and money. Bring back 24/7 car washes at the gas station bc this place is raggedy.

I’ve never experienced a car wash leaving my car dirtier than it was when I got there, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. I’m not sure if it’s old/poorly maintained equipment or what, but the wash left my windows streaked and filmy. I tried two vacuums, and neither were strong enough to pick up a piece of yarn on my floorboards so I gave up. I did not interact with staff because I didn’t feel that a technical issue was something easily fixable, and I’m not the type to demand a refund for something out of their control. Overall, very much a waste of money and time and I wish I had read the other reviews before going.

Today I went to bring my Jeep through the car wash and paid for the most expensive wash they had. My car came out untouched on multiple surfaces on my passenger side and hood of the car. I don't know if their brushes need replaced or what, but this was disappointing for paying $26. The quality was not what I expected and I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

I have a Land Rover Discovery and this car wash has now ripped off two parts on my car, I had to order a new one and luckily was able to find it the second time. I have never had a car wash be so rough on my car… Canceled my membership immediately. The staff was super nice about it, just frustrating.

Car looks great - I took awhile making my selection and the guy came out to make sure I didn't need any help / there weren't any issues. Even though it was getting dark, the vacuum area was well lit, which I appreciated.

Pretty nice car wash and one of the longer mister car washes I've been to. Seems to have been built into an older car wash building. Employees were nice and my car came out clean

This specific MC location left my car worse off than before the wash and has really bad customer service/care when things go wrong. I washed my car here 09/07 around 630pm. When I came out of the wash to vacuum my car there was an extremely sticky/tacky substance on my car, almost as if another customer went through the wash with old decals on their car that transferred from the brushes to my brand new vehicle…while accidents happen, the complete lack of concern or care from the employee working the conveyor line was kind of shocking. When I went over to him (sitting on the side wall) and showed him the pictures of the damage done, he only said “I’m not really sure…I’ll take a look at the brushes”. Did not ask to come see my vehicle, and by time I turned around to walk back to my car, he was already sitting back on the wall on his phone. I don’t expect a formal written apology, but at the least you would think it would be enough concern to go actually check the brushes to make sure the remaining cars in line would not also have their vehicles paint damaged? After scrubbing for quite some time last night with a microfiber cloth and soap, I still cannot get the entirety of the substance off the exterior of my driver door, and there is now a glossy sheen around the area where the sticky substance has spread and formed a thin layer on the surface. I’m asking myself why I pay monthly for the higher tier membership, to have my car look worse off, and not even be worth as a member for the employees to say sorry or walk over to my car? Waste of my $$$ and time. Likely will be switching my membership to Cheetah after this experience. It may be more expensive but at least I know they would care when things go wrong. This has been the worst customer experience. Spenser is the rudest customer service representative i have spoke to. He degrades you, refuses to submit case files, denies case files for corporate. Tries to convince you that corporate is just going to deny your case after you have photo evidence of the damages that occurred at the car wash. He was so rude to every customer and he hide from all the customers while the complaints were coming in and left his staff to handle it. The staff was doing the best they could and i appreciate their efforts and kindness. If he treats customers like this, no telling how he treats the employees. My car has all types of chips and the big scratch from this car wash. I am nervous to go back and even talk with him because he seems potentially violent and aggressive. It’s not worth my safety to try to have a conversation about the case. I’m trying to have it with corporate
