Dropped my car off for an interior and exterior detail today and what a waste of money! If you are looking for a real car detail this isn’t it. My whole side panel is still dirty, under my seats crums left, the exterior wasn’t even wiped below the window pane. I could go on and on how horrible it was. I do better in 10 mins at the local car wash myself. Will not be returning. Waste of money.

When I went through the car wash, there was a large plastic paint bucket in the wash that went under car and got stuck there. The staff had to jack up my car to get the bucket out and said there was no damage. Well, there is damage and I cannot get a manager on the phone. Not only did the staff lie but the manager will not talk to me to fix the car.

Employee literally detailing her car while people are waiting to go through the car wash. Doors open and all cleaning the inside. 3 cars waiting to go through the car wash.

Miles has been great to me over the past couple years I've been living in the area. The car wash is fine and I appreciate the amenities they have to make my car look clean.The biggest reason I'm writing this review is because of a gentleman by the name of Zach. Zach has always had a smile on his face and as soon as I walk through the door he has a basket ready to hand to me. If Hillwood's GM or corporate is seeing this, please give Zach a firm handshake and proper recognition for his work. He has done fantastic and deserves a level up! *edited to add:I got my detail today!!! New vehicle but same amazing service. I didn't need the headlights done but my truck is brand new!I will be doing this more often, for sure!I go to the one at Hillwood and ask for Jeff. Or the bearded guys that sprays your vehicle at the beginning, super nice guys!!Very clean wash experience. Vacuum stations are powerful, baskets full of supplies to do the inside and outside of your vehicle. Pricing is moderate for a clean vehicle, and I did schedule a full detail as well. They even mentioned they can make my headlights clear. I will be back!!
