Must be a criminal money laundering sham. We showed up to drive a car and they refused. We had the cash to buy it in pocket. Doesn’t seem to be a functioning place of business.

After inquiring about viewing a car they posted for sale...was told business hours were 10-6. Showed up between those hours, at 5:15 & they were locked up tighter than a drum! Called them & they said they were closed and that the car had been sold...when I could clearly see the car, there on the lot!! Then he hung up on me...

All they sell is used rental cars. When you have a problem less than a month of having the car they won't return calls or deal with you in any manner. They will do whatever it takes to sell you even summit your insurance app and put you under the gun for insurance fraud just so you'll be happy to hear a low insurance price.

There are not enough stars going DOWN to rate this place. Went to look at a truck, i got the truck drove off the lot and it went down hill from Would not send nor go there EVER AGAIN told me i was approved in less than 60 seconds What they didnt tell me was that they really didnt have anyone to finance the truck till the next day but allowed me to leave with the truck and then made me jump thru hoops to take them all the info they needed for the finance coompay they found the next day to keep it

If i could post zero stars i would. Owner/sales rep tried to "sell" his personal car to somebody.He steered the customer away from lot vehicles and to his own (hmm wonder why) He backed out only after he received check after the time given to legally change his mind. Now he refuses to give car to customer. He is shady, petty and a horrible person. He must run this scam for the money all the time.If he does his customer likes this , he deserves to go out of business. He seen he didnt have good credit so he chose to take advantage. Do not trust these people, they are not honest and dont care about their customers. Beware!!!!

Awful...1 star us too much but it wouldn't let me not put one at all.I applied online for an auto loan . So we drive all the way down there after Nicole said she could put my husband in a truck for his birthday... Liar!!!.We get there and never did get to see Nicole.. Instead pump daddy waited on us if that's what u call it, he was yelling at people and txting in his phone the while time we sat there..None of the trucks they had on their website were even there.. So we ask. Where are the trucks online.. He says well we can get them.. Then after another phone call of yelling he told us he could put us in a car...noooo..we walked out after wasting our time and gas..not to mention the office was no bigger than a large outhouse..and was hotter than Haiti's in there with 6 people crammed in the office, not to mention the little girl that was banging her chair in the back of mine the whole time..this place is a joke and they never should've thought they could sell cars!!! I wouldn't buy anything from them in fear if it having major mechanical issues!!;

For one, if you don't have a gold tooth, you won't come home with a vehicle. And two, don't visit with your heart set on a vehicle they have listed on their website, because it won't be present on the lot.

This is the most unprofessional establishment in the history of use car sales. They have no respect for you as a consumer. They prey on people with less than perfect credit and that cannot get a bank loan. They lie, and manipulate. They have no compassion for the consumer and I was disgusted by the advances that were made because I am an attractive female. The customer service was absolutely horrible! This car lot is just another blemish on African Americans. Its a disgrace to the race.

Where do I start. Customer service was horrible. They don't handle business. I spent 3 hours there today and 30mins of my time was talked about buying a car. Not to mention I was never shown the inventory or recommended anything!! So I took myself around the lot and the one car I looked at wasn't touched by anyone. And it was the one parked by the road they wanted people to see. It wasn't vacuumed out or detailed. So showmanship was poor. The oil was low. It even had belongings to the previous owner still in it!!! After I told the manager about it. He walks over with a cigarette in his mouth and sits down in it. Save your time and money. Please go somewhere else that is more professional and carries themselves more like a business.

They used to have good service but they don't anymore. The car dealers and clerks are all sheisters. When the phrase "Never trust a car salesman." comes up, this place really proves it to be true. I had the payments on "auto draft" but the man that did it passed away and no one told me. The man that took over "Jerry" as he calls himself took a big lump sum, so I guess he thinks people have all the money in the whole wide world. He calls four weeks after the man passed away to tell me that no payments were made, then doesn't pull payments on the days they were supposed to and said that "it was a promise between you and the dead guy", he "knows nothing about that". And he tacked on a late fee of double what the deceased man charges. And also, when I said, "Go ahead and take the payment." The clerk said, he'll try to remember, but when I checked the bank at night, no payments were taken. I *don't* recommend Middle Tennessee Auto Mart at all. It's a rip off!
