Michael’s Motor Company is great find with a great team that made my car buying experience the best possible way, making an out of state purchase as easy as can be. Thank you to Adam Law for making the entire process as easy as can be. The description of the truck was on point after seeing and hearing it in person. An awesome find! I found a sweet family truck that made me and my kids so freakin happy! My search for “THE” truck ended with Michael’s Motor Company! They provide quality vehicles and a car my family can enjoy and feel secure! I drove 2 hours to look at a truck. Shame on me for not calling beforehand to see if it was still available. It was still on their website and Craigslist. My main problem was when I asked when it sold (because it was still on the website), I was told “it doesn’t matter”. Not, “I’m sorry, can we show you something else?” It doesn’t matter? Makes me wonder what else won’t matter if I bought a car from here.

I had been searching for months for a truck and by a complete accident I ran across a truck from Michael's Motor Company using a google search. I live in VA, 7 hours away from them. I spoke to Leonard on the phone about the truck. After some reasonable negotiations, and a FaceTime to look over the truck with my mechanic Leonard answered all questions while we looked the truck over. He also spoke to my lender to line up everything and to make the transaction very smooth. He assured me the 7-hour drive would not be wasted. When my wife, my friends, and I arrived, Darren took care of us as Leonard was off. After the test drive, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. We said we wanted to enjoy some sites while in TN and they helped with that as well. The truck runs great, and it was a pleasure not working with pushy salesmen. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. - The Wray Family

Great experience super easy people to work with i traveled from olive branch Mississippi to purchase a vehicle sight unseen and when I got there couldn’t be more accurate description 10/10 will purchase from again and a big thanks to Darren for making things feel at home and super easy to deal with and for the honesty not very many car sales places are like this anymore!

Best purchase experience I’ve ever had.
I found a 2017 Suburban online before I came to Nashville on business for the afternoon. I called them to verify they still had it when I arrived. The folks on the phone were very polite, said They did. I drove over there, talked to the sales guy for a few minutes and asked for a test drive. Test drove it and before I was back made up my mind that I’d get it as a Christmas present for my wife. They had all the financing paperwork done and putting a temp plate on in about 30 minutes. Lenard and Darren were awesome and fast. They had it clean enough to eat off of anything in it. They also put a new battery in it because he said when he started it , it didn’t sound right and he didn’t want me to have any trouble out of it. I’d give them 10 stars if it was available. Will definitely check them out again when I’m looking for another vehicle. Well worth my time and money.

Awesome Experience. I called Adam Saturday Morning about a Lexus LX570. He had the broker responsible for the car to call and give me specifics about the vehicle. I'm appreciative that Adam was honest and didn't make up details about the car as I had numerous questions.
I have looked for this specific make model year and price across the United States and was about to have it shipped from Utah when Michael's Motor Company popped up on my phone.
I drove from Mississippi to test drive the car. Though I couldn't make it in the confines of the hours of closing. Adam and Linda waited for me and allowed me to take my time test driving the car. There was no pressure to purchase, no high pitch sales jargon. Linda handled my paperwork and absolutely went above and beyond to ensure I was wowed by my experience.
I will definitely make the drive again to Michael's Motor Company for my future car Purchases. Absolutely impeccable customer Service. I love ❤️ my Lexus!

Found a beautiful car at Michael's and drove to Nashville to take a look. I spoke with Darren and told him I was interested. He allowed me to put down a refundable deposit to hold it until I could get there. It was literally the easiest car purchase I've made! I test drove it, fell in love with the car and made the deal. He gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in. It was the fastest car transaction I've ever done. Darren made the whole experience very easy with absolutely no pressure. It was a pleasure doing business with Michael's!

We recently purchased a 2010 Lexus SC-430. We have been very satisfied with the vehicle. We live in Pittsburgh and decide to make a mini vacation out of the purchase. We were picked up at the Airport by our salesman , the car was processed quickly and we spent two great days discovery Nashville. They were very pleasant to deal with.
