I have called each and every last one of these stores and none of them answered the phone to assist me. If you are open and a person with special needs call to get help why your not answering your phone? big disappointment!!

They are crooks. Every single time I come in here they charged me a different price than what I was expecting to pay and what I was promised I would pay. They have tons of hidden taxes and fees and the price changes every month. The price is never what it is advertised and it is never what I agreed to. This is my last time paying the bill here from now on I'll be switching to Verizon

You've seen one, you've seen 'em all...But I will say, above ALL cell phone service providers, this chain/establishment is top notch with their customers treating us as if we are supremely special. They also offer more benefits than ANY other service provider. Veri... Is a thing of the past with their year after year price gouging antics. Only because they could but they cannot anymore for TMobile has all the redeeming qualities, and more, of an upstanding, honorable network,cell phone, internet provider and discounted prices!

4 months ago I went to this place to buy a phone and in less than a week the phone stopped working, they told me that they would replace my cell phone with a new one because they couldn't return my money, the women who are attending the business are Hispanic and the worst with customer service, one of them is called Miriam and the other who is in charge is also the worst in customer service, they never gave me a solution and they did not want to communicate with their boss to tell him how dirty they are to serve until today they never called me to give me my new cell phone or my money so don't go to that business if you don't want to have a headache.???

Used to be 5*, best cellular experience we ever had. Today's experience was 0 stars to say the least. They greeted me by name, then asked me what it was. They asked me for pin of deceased family member, and when I had no idea, they just asked me the zip code. Apparently all Spanish-speaking now. All fumbles, all around.

Worst experience ever! Found myself there for 3 hours trying to transfer over 4 lines just to find out that Metro PCS new promotion is fake news. Wasn't table to transfer all four lines and at the end of the 3 hours ended losing my exsiting lines only to be told there was nothing they could do. Was told that I had to go back to my exsiting carrier to fix it. Now left with no cellphone coverage or phone numbers. Unfortunately, the location has a lack of training as they had to call the store manager multiple times because they were utterly clueless as what they needed to do.
