For this specific location ONLY. I have NEVER been to a T-Mobile where it was obvious and evident that the associates working there did not want to work there. One of the guys had another associate tend to me when he was sitting on his a** doing absolutely nothing. They couldn't help me with my need but regardless, any other T-Mobile location would have at least TRIED to offer a solution or take advantage of a new sales opportunity with me. This location should be closed or COMPLETELY re-staffed.

I bought a phone yesterday for my best friend for Christmas and she was at another store getting one at the same time. It's crazy I know but stuff happens. I went to take the phone back and was told I could not because the box was torn. Then was told they need to look at cameras because if their rep did not do it they would not take it back. Then I was told it would take time and to leave the phone and a number and they would call me. No you don't need to keep the phone to look at cameras. It's only 132.00 so I will just throw it away before I let you get it back with no way to prove you have it. Never use this store. I have my own service I don't need y'all.

Had to replace my screen protector, per my add on bought plan, they didn't have the correct screen even though on the phone they said they had it. Came back a week later after they ordered the correct screen protector and the employee screwed it up putting it onto my phone. Definitely reminded me of the 3 Stooges. Will not come back to this location

This Metro PCS location is great. I had been to the Hermitage location the night before and I was turned away because the store manager didn't want to work a little past closing time. This store in Antioch was accommodating the next morning. Thanks so much!

If it was possible to give this store and company less than one star I would. They have terrible customer service. I paid for 2 new phones over $300 for the 2nd phone I got shut off after 4days of having the phone, I take it back to the store I got it from and theyy give me a hard time about it and was very rude finally they agreeded to send the phone back under the manufacturer warranty and I would be without a phone till the new one e came in. The new phone comes in and the store charges me a fee for doing it! I call customer service about this issue and they tell me to go back to the store. no Customer Service at all!!!!!!! Please think really hard about wasting your time with this company. Verizon is much better. Hi speed service lags in some areas and I live in Nashville hate to see what service I will have in the country.
