After all, it shares the name with the police Dept. ?, Just kidding, no really, I had been with Boost for about 6 or 7 months, I didn't know this but I was going to have to wait a whole year for an upgrade, and I pay a $60 a month phone bill, FOR UNLIMITED UNLIMITED DATA, AND ITS STILL NOT COMPLETELY UNLIMITED, UNLIMITED, AND SOMETIMES I WAS PAYING TWICE A MONTH BECAUSE OF THE FALSE ADVERTISING ABOUT THE UNLIMITED UNLIMITED.OH, AND TO TAKE THE CAKE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE ! RUDE IN THE STORE, AND RUDE ON THE PHONE, I wanted away from these people but I had just bought a brand new LG Stylo 6 2 months ago, so I thought I was just stuck. I went into Metro PCS on Richard's Rd. And was completely blown away with the polite greeting, and the complete willingness to help me out of the mess, I mean "boost mobile" ?. This beautiful woman met me with respect, kindness, and a willingness to get me an AWESOME PHONE, and didn't charge me anything but Activation Fee. I WAS SO RELIEVED, AND COMPLETELY FLOORED. To me customer service is right up there with great price, and I was blessed that day, with more than I ask for !!! Thanks K. I had a great rest of the day with my great new phone, with great new service, and walked away with a better attitude. And it costed me nothing !!! Boost Mobile ran me right in to the arms of their competition. $40 a month, compared to $60, sometimes $120 WOW, WHAT A RELIEF.THANKS METRO PCS, AND K.SEE YA SOON !!! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
