Worst experience. Over charging compared to other metro near by. Also charging 10 dollars extra on top of the monthly bill. When there is only a 5 dollar charge for paying in store. They will rip anyone off. The woman that worked there April 25 in the afternoon she tried to act dumb and say she put the wrong number when she didn’t even type any other number after the first time I gave it.

They will sell phones to strangers just to get the commission. My husbands wallet was stolen and the stranger went in and bought a iPhone 11 and the store asked for ID to match the card. The cards matched but the person who had the cards wasn’t even the same race, and they still sold it to the thief. Don’t ever go here

Came to activate a phone but the girl in there didn’t want to activate it she just sold me a SIM card and told me to go to another store because In that store they don’t activate phones that customers bring in . Not helpful at all !

Visit to have cellphone issue resolved not charging. Insurance doesn't cover the charging port.repair for phone would cost more than I paid for the phone, only choice was to upgrade to different phone. No discount or waiving of activition fees so never going there again.
